Doing It Wrong!!!

Desire P.O.V....

My name is Desire Harmony Mitchell, Im 17 and I have two younger siblings Justice (5) & Marvin (6).I sat in the corner in the small living room with my lil sister in the left and my lil brother in the right, rocking as I cried.

My mama (Melissa) was getting beat by my poor excuse of a father! My father told me that he would never hit a women because his mama raised him better but I guess the beer & liquor is getting the best of him.

" STOP" my mother screamed very low as she stared at the man who she gave everything up to.

He spat back coldly "bitch I'm the one who made your dumb ass so watch yo fucking mouth before I hit cho ass again. "please don't hit me" my mother cried but I couldn't help her because he would've start to beat me too. I couldn't watch no more so I got up and went to bed with my brother and sister right behind me.......

"NEXT MORNING"....

I woke up early for school because I had to drop my brother and sister off . Lissa & Mj wake up " I call them they nickname.

I went back to my room and did my hygiene thing and came out to put on my black leggings and a baby blue tank with my powder blues, I was gone be simple today... I ran down stairs to see my mama sitting at the kitchen table crying.

" Ma whats wrong" I asked with concern in my voice. Its your dad, he never been so abusive until he met his new "CO-WORKER. "Ma don't worry about that,if u want ill go drop the kids off and come straight back home". "No baby mama gone be all right"..

'AT SCHOOL'

"This shit going by so fucking slow" I tell my best friend Jeff but he was to busy paying attention to somebody else.

"JEFF" I yelled loud enough so he can hear me.... "Damn What Bruh I'm Tryna Get the homework from last night done" he spat. Never mind then the fuck ion know whats yo problem I got up to leave but got caught by the teacher clearing her throat..

Yes mrs.Giovanni I asked with a small smile on my face ,"Where do u think u going ms.Mitchell she asked with a attitude, I always knew she didn't like me but whatever who give ah fuck on how she feel. "Im finna go see a man about a dog why,you wanna come to? I asked with a attitude back but i was actually bout to go back home.

She let me free after our lil attitude battle so on my way home I went.... I walked in the door calling after my mother to find her with blood dripping out of her head & nose. "MAMA" I ran to her side, wake up,wake up, I cried dialing the ambulance on the house phone..... I know who did that to my mother and from this day forward I know what I gotta do in order to protect my only family..........
