I woke up for school and realized that Jamie had left. I got dress then I drove myself to school. I felt horrible. I didn't feel good but I knew I had to be to school to take these finals.
I went through the whole listening to music with my headphones in. I didn't speak or eat I just listened to music.
When school was over I drove home. I laid on the couch and watched t.v. I heard the door opened I turned to see Jamie.
"I ain't staying I just forgot something." He mentioned.
"Bae can we talk?" I asked standing up.
"About what you told me to leave."

"I'm pregnant." Jamie stopped and looked at me like he was surprised.

"I'm trying to keep a low profile, you got business everywhere you got mad people on your ass that's shit that is just drama."
"Okay Well if you going to leave then go I'll be by my damn self." I started crying. I couldn't believe that my life was falling apart.
"Look hope I'm not leaving you I'm just going home for a while. Just keep me updated with the baby until I come back. We need some time apart."

Jamie left. I went to lock the door then I went upstairs and cried myself asleep.
I went weeks without talking to Jamie. I worked at the club every night stacking as much money as I could before i start to show. Graduation day was slowly approaching. I figured that it was best that I stay to myself.
When I wasn't in school or the club I would be at the gym working on keeping my body in shape. I would work out when I'm mad I would work out when I started thinking about Jamie. I just tried to do things on my own. I was getting frustrated but I knew I would get the hang of things.

I felt a little better that I finally fixed things with my baby. But it was still things bothering me. I knew the next person I needed to go clear things up with.
I pulled up to Chrissy's house. Deep down I felt like I shouldn't work things out with her but I know with Ron knowing about the baby she might be going through it.
After I knocked about a minute later she opened the door. She looked great for a pregnant woman. She was glowing she had a big belly and everything.

After stoping by my aunts house I went to get pizza then I went home. When I pulled up I notice Jamie's car was out front.

It was finally here. The night my family is going to meet the man who came m in love with. I was nervous. Marcus like my older brother, and my aunt who's like my second mother. They both just want what's best for me I hope they both see what I see in Jamie.

After introducing each other we sat at the table. I said grace then we started eating. I made fried chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach.

After meeting my family at dinner. Jamie stuck around for a couples of months. I was 6 months pregnant. I had graduated. I was a part time mom and a part time hustler. The day I had a doctors appointment to find out the sex of the baby. I took Marcus with me.

The next day I met with Monica to run some errands.

After enrolling his brother I school I went to the nail salon and then home.

"Quadir Called me and told me my cousin been gone for days and he haven't ate in days."

When Jamie left I went to the store. I knew that Quadir's bed wouldn't be here until next week so I went to go get an air bed. I got a bed cover set then j went home to get things ready for Quadir.
The next morning around 9 I woke up I cleaned up so showered I made breakfast. I heard Jamie pull into the driveway around 4 in the afternoon.

"Quadir come on let me show you your room." Jamie walked up stairs.
I felt bad that Quadir had to go from place to place like that. I knew for sure that Jamie and I would do right for him.
After dinner Jamie played video gm airs with Quadir for a bit then Quadir went to bed.

The next day was a busy day. I got up and made breakfast for Quadir and Jamie.

"I'm coming upstairs in a few."
The next day went like a usual I would wake workout shower then I'll make breakfast for Quadir and Jamie.
Jamie left to go pick out him and quadir's outfit for Saturday when we take our pictures. Then they went for a haircut.
I went to go see my aunt.

I made eggs , grits , bacon and pancakes. While Quadir are I went to shower and dress. I wore shorts and a white t shirt with my purple 12's. When I was done I ate and then we left. I went to go get Monica so we can go get some things for the baby and the party.

Jamie stood up and sat me on the bar counter. He moved the drinks over then sat me down. He unbuckled his pants and skin inside me.
"Uhh!" I moaned.

After sex Jamie and I got ourselves together. Then went back to business. We worked in the office until night time when we brought the club alive.
We would let the. Come I and party and spend money on sections and bottles. While we made sure it was enough liquor for everyone.
Jamie had street business to take care of so he left early.
The next morning I went to meet with Sarah at the club to sign contracts. After working with Sarah I called and made arrangements for the show to come for her event then I made things was ready for tonight. I made sure everyone knew what tonight was supposed to look like.
Then in walked in a guy. He wore gold chains around his neck. He had on Robin jeans he had on Jordan's too.
"Yes sir how may I help you? I asked as I walked up to him.
"Where is Jamie?"
"He isn't here right now. May I ask who's asking?" The guy pulled me closer to him then pulled out a gun from his left side.
"Look tell Jamie if he doesn't back off these streets I'm going to kill everyone. Starting with his daughter then his brother than you and his monkey ass last."
"Okay... okay."
"Now enjoy the rest of your day." The guy left out. I stood there in the middle of the dance floor. A treat fell down my face. The streets was about to take everything from me . Those words that came out his mouth kept repeating in my head as I drove home.
When I got home Jamie want there. I poured my self a drink and and I sat at the table and waited for Jamie to get home.
"Bae why you sitting in the dark like this?" Jamie asked as he turned on the lifts and walked past me.
"Jamie we gotta talk."
"About?"
"Some guy came to the club today looking for you."
"What's his name?"
"He didn't say."
"Okay what did he say?"
"He had a gun point at my stomach he said if you don't back off the streets , he would kill our daughter your brother me and you."
"What did he look like?"
"You got Niggas who know that much shit about you still walking this earth?"
"I can't go around killing everyone !"
"I ain't asking you to, I'm telling you to take out the ones who are against you and your family."

Jamie went to the club. I went to sleep. When things are going great there is always something that kills the joy. It's clear to see that happiness isn't forever.
