To anyone who is reading this I've been reading several different types of Naruto fanficts and I just had the sudden urge to incorporate that into this story. So with that in mind I'm going to have it to where it's after the ninja era but the ninja way is still taught, but only at a certain "dojo". And only the top people in command can wield the tailed beast and their strength will be based on how hard the jinchuuriki trains themselves. Everything else will be revealed in the story.
