Santana's P.O.V
It was two days before christmas and i knew what i was gonna get dani i was going to ask her to marry her it just had to be perfect. I needed as much help as i could so i called mercedes, kurt, racheal, and blaine
Santana: ok guys we have 2 hours until dani gets of from work to plan this. i already got the ring im getting it ingraved.
Mercedes: wow it looks like this girl really has you whipped
Santana: yes she does and im not afraid to admit that i love her
Kurt: Ok so whats your plan
Santana: ok first im going to take her to this really nice resturant and then were going to go for a walk in the park. i will casually ask her if she wants to get a picture drawn when all along i payed him to be there. he will draw a picture of us and above my head it will say will you marry me and bove her head it will say yes
Racheal: wow thats a really good idea its romantic and also its something that you guys can keep to remind you how in love you two are.
Kurt: yeah when you guys get your own house you can hang it up on your wall
Santana: Yeah and im getting her ring engraved with the words forever and always
Just then my phone rang it was the ring place telling me the ring was ready
Santana: ok guys i have to go and get the ring if dani comes back just act natural
Kurt: i think your the one who needs to act natural
Santana: ok im gonna leave now
when i got the ring i couldnt help but get a little teary eyed. i just wanted everything to be perfect
~Later That Day~
Dani's P.O.V.
I walked into the loft and saw santana talking to kurt, racheal and a girl i had never seen before. My best guess was that it was someone that they went to high school with. I went straight into my room not wanting to bother them. I closed the door and laid down on the bed. Acouple of minutes later i heard the door open and close and santana got into the bed. I turned to face her.
Santana: babe whats wrong
Dani: nothing i just didnt want to bother you guys
Santana: come on you know you could never bother me and besides i want you to meet mercedes.
Dani: ok babe lets go
We went back into the living room and i said hi to everyone
Mercedes: So how long have you guys been together
Santana & Dani: One year
Mercedes: wow thats amazing its like you guys are one person
As they continued to talk i started thinking about the gift i got for santana. it was a necklace with the infinaty sign and a promise ring that i ingraved with our names i wonder what she got for me. As i started listing back in on the conversation i noticed that everyone was stareing at me
Dani: Im sorry what did you say i was thinking
Santana: I said i think you should go lay down you dont look so good ill be in, in a second
Dani:yeah your right im just gonna go lay down
I went into the room and quickly closed the door santana was right i didnt feel good
Santana's P.O.V.
Santana: i wonder what wrong with dani she seems a little out of it lately
Racheal: Maybe shes just tired from working so much you should call in sick for her and get her tommorow off.
Santana: yeah your right
~Next Day~
Dani's P.O.V.
I woke and looked at the clock and realized that i only had one more hour to get to work i tried to get up but i was pulled back by a pair of familliar arms. oh how i loved the way her arms wrapped around me. ( Wait focus i gotta get to work)
Dani: Come on babe i have to get up i work today
Santana: no you dont i called in a favor so you get to stay home. Today will be our special cuddle day now lay back down.
Dani: Awwww babe thats so sweet i love you so much you are the best girlfriend could ever have.
Santana: I love you to baby
So for the rest of the day me and santana sat in bed all day watched movies and drank hot chocolate. Tommorow was christmas and i couldnt wait to give santana my gift i hoped she loved it. Santana told me i had to wait till new years to get my present i wonder what she had planned
