After getting off the phone with Mira I realized that she wasn't one.

Realizing what went down on the phone call I was heated I had to take my mind off that situation.

I left the hotel wearing pajamas not even caring who was going to see me on my way out.

I hoped in my car knowing where I was going to take my mind of Mira.

The women that's been a ride-or-die since the day we met.

Driving towards Taraji's penthouse I was thinking about the text we sent each moments ago.

"Damn it she probably doesn't want to see my face right now" I said to myself shaking my head.

"Then again she might be sleep"I said as I was getting closer towards her building.

I decided to stop at a valet and asked him to park my car just in case she send my ass back to my hotel room.

The concierge knew me pretty well and didn't say anything about my heading off towards Taraji's penthouse.

Me being a nervous train reck I went over in the elevator what I was going to say when she would open the door.

Then again it's pretty late she'll probably be pissed because I woke her up.

Hands in my pocket I reached the floor she was in and walked towards her door.

"Calm down Terrence, you known her for years be chill" I said to myself trying to steady my breathing.

Face to face with her door a gave it a couple knocks and put my hands back in my pockets.

I furrowed my eyebrows at no answer and knocked again.

"Who the hell in they right mind is knocking at my door this late" Taraji said trudging towards the door.

I chuckled a little bit knowing she'll have hell for me as soon as she opens the door.

I looked down and waited for her to unlock the door and greet me.

"Man I'm trying to sleep what the hell-" she stopped mid sentence and stared at me.

"Hey Raji, I know it's late but can come in" I said raising my head and looking down at her.

"First off Terrence I'm tired as hell and you got me opening the door for you" she said hitting my chest aggravated.

"And second you could have called banging on my door loud like you the damn police" she said stepping out the way to let my in.
