Chapter: Ten

                      Later That Night

Once they all dried off from swimming, they got into their pj's, and watched a movie, until they all fell asleep.

                     The Next Morning

Izz woke up to the smell of green tea pancakes. She got up and put Daniel's blanket over the side of the couch.

"Good Morning Birthday Girl".  Daniel said pouring orange juice.

"Good Morning Dad, where's The Pig"? Izz asked sitting on the stool.

"I don't know he wasn't on the couch when I got up".  Daniel said giving her a glass of orange juice.

"Oh maybe he went to the store, or did you check your bedroom"? Izz asked.

"Yeah he wasn't there".  Daniel said sitting next to Izz as she began to eat her pancakes.

"Oh".  Izz said looking down.

"I'm sure he went to the store, or for a run or to the gym".  Daniel said eating his pancakes.

"Well that leaves us to do something".  Izz said looking at the sink.

"Yeah even though I do the dishes, you can help if you want".  Daniel said taking his plate to the sink.

"Ok".  Izz said taking her plate to the sink.

All of a sudden we heard the front door open. Izz looked around the corner to see Joey taking off his shoes.

"DAD"! Izz said running up to Joey to hug him. 

"Morning Princess, and Happy Birthday".  Joey said kissing her cheek.

"Well thank you".  Izz said walking with Joey into the kitchen.

"And may I ask where you were this morning pig". Daniel said drying his hands, then walking over to Joey and kissing him. Izz had a big cheesy smile on her face.

Once they were done kissing Joey looked at Izz to see her cheesy smile on her face.

"I saw that".  Joey said.

"Saw what"? Izz asked.

"Your big cheesy smile, anyways I have something for you that was personally made for you".  Joey said as he handed Izz an iridescent birthday bag.

"Oh my I live for this bag".  Izz said sitting down on the stool where she ate her pancakes.

"I know right".  Joey said as she opened the card.

Today's your special day, and I just want to say that I love you to the moon and back. I hope your day goes the way you want it...

"Aww guys that's so sweet, and I love you guys too".  Izz said setting the card on the counter.

She opened the little box that was inside the bag. And saw a crystal necklace with her first name in the side of the pretty clear blue crystal.

"Oh my, it's so beautiful, I love it, thank you so much".  Izz said hugging Joey and Daniel.

"Your welcome".  Joey said hand in hand with Daniel.

"Well I  wanna take you out, for your birthday".  Joey said.

"Where to"? Izz asked.

"I was thinking the set of Escape The Night". Joey said.

"Are you serious"? Izz asked.

"Yes I'm dead serious".  Joey said as Izz hugged him tightly.

"I still can't believe your birthday is two days before mine, and I can't believe you are turning 15 today".  Joy said.

"I know right it's unbelievable". Izz said hugging Joey and Daniel.

"Well I'm gonna go to the store for groceries".  Daniel said kissing Joey and then walking out of the house.

Five Minutes Later

Joey and Izz get into the car, and drive off to the set.

"You know there is talk about a season two for Escape The Night".  Joey said stopping at a red light.

"Really"? Izz wondered.

"Of course I hope it goes through".  Joey said turning right to the set.
