Shawn Mendes Imagine
You've been without Shawn for about 4 months while he's been on tour with Austin Mahone. You guys have been dating a steady 2 years and you've only had a lot of fights but you've always seemed to run back to each other. This is the longest you've ever been without his touch or his voice or the sound of his guitar.
You got up out of your bed and put on your clothes waiting for Shawn to give you a goodmorning FaceTime. You started to brush your teeth then he finally called. You picked up the phone but you couldn't stop laughing. You looked at yourself through the phone and you had tooth paste in your mouth dripping off the left corner of your mouth.
"What's so funny?" He asked. You uncovered the front camera and showed yourself, now he couldn't stop laughing. He allowed you to finish brushing your teeth then you returned on FaceTime.
"Hey bae." You greeted.
"Hey I got some good news!" He said excitingly.
"What's the good news?" You ask.
"I'm coming home!"
"Wait when?"
"Tomorrow!"
"Why?"
"I decided to take a week break from the tour. I will be going back but I need to see the love of my life. I miss you so much I can't believe we've caught distance for 4 months!" He replied. Tears ran down your cheeks from excitement.
"Why are you crying?" Shawn asked.
"I-I just miss you so much." You reply wiping the tears off your cheek.
"Y/N, come on don't cry cause then I'm gonna cry and that'll embarrass me." His eyes got a little watery as he finished his sentence you still crying.
You laugh through the tears. Remembering why you fell inlove with him in the first place. It wasn't cause his looks or crap like that, it was because he had a way through your heart. Either if he's singing or just speaking.
"Ok well I have a flight to catch in the morning. So I need to get to sleep! I'll talk to you when I get up."
"Bye! Love you." You say before hanging up.

That morning you woke up early in the morning to go to the airport to see Shawn. He called you around 8 am and you answered. He told you his flight would land at 10. You put on a pair of jeans and a tank top and rushed out the door into your car.
You arrived at the airport and sat by Gate 8 where he'd be coming out of. It's 10:45 and your starting to get worried. You decide to take your ear phones and look at the news on the tv that's in Gate 8. You see break news.
"Breaking news is in. Today there was a American airline plane crash coming from Austin Texas. We are still receiving information." The news reporter said
You started to get worried cause Shawn was on a American Airline plane and he was coming from Austin. As the clocked ticked to 11:31 you really got worried. You decided to call him but it went to voice mail. You went up to the desk about to ask when plane 1385 was going to make it. As you walked up to the front desk you turned around to check Gate 8 again.
You saw a guy carrying a guitar case and a duffel bag. You tell the lady at the front desk never mind. You walk over to Gate 8 and it begins to get clearer that it's Shawn. You run down the hall as he drops all his bags. You jump on him and wrap your arms around him giving him the biggest hug ever.
You get down from the hug an give him a kiss.
"Well why are you so excited to see me? I mean I knew you'd be happy but my this happy." Shawn said.
"There was a American Airline crash this morning. The plane came from Austin Texas... I was so worried I had lost you not just for a short time but temporarily. " You admit.
"Oh no Y/N, I'm perfectly fine." He replied.
"Thank god. Lord knows how miserable I'd be without you."
"Can we go home and sleep? I have pretty bad jet lag at this moment." He complained, you guys both laughed.

Once you got home you both changed into comfortable clothes and wound up staying in the rest of the day cuddling and sleeping.
