A/N: not really got much to say... it's just weird to not write anything here so... ENJOY~!

"Levi! Don't kick so high!" Eren pouts, they've been playing football for most of lunch now and Eren had underestimated how good Levi was at the game. "Ugh it's not that high" Levi rolled his eyes as Eren kicked the ball back with all his might, resulting in the ball flying over Levi's head "woah Eren!" Levi smirked "and you said I was kicking it high.." Levi muttered walking over and getting the ball, placing it down then stepping back before kicking it. Eren watched in awe and followed the ball with his eyes watching it go over his head in into on of the trees behind him "too high..." he muttered, "yeah... I'll get it" Levi walks to the tree and looks at it, deciding the best root to climb. "N-no! You might hurt yourself" Eren said, pushing Levi out the way gently and starts to climb. "Ugh..." Levi watched, there was no use that kid was too stubborn and Levi knew that. Eren was almost at his goal, that ball. The branches shook but Eren was to focused to notice he scooted along the branch where the ball sat. He reached out and pushed the ball enough for it to fall. "Watch out!" He yelled down to Levi. "Yeah yeah..." levi picked up the ball and held it under his arm. "You gunna be alright getting down brat?" He smirked "I told you to stop calling me that Levi! ...and yeah, course I can!" Eren pushed himself back slowly. You probably couldn't tell be he was scared. Really scared. He slowly moved his one leg from one side of the branch to the other, he sighed. Reaching out one foot out to another branch lower down. he took in a deep breath and slowly loaded his weight onto the smaller branch 'creeeek' suddenly the branch beneath him gave way and eren fell along with it "oomph... ow.." eren lay flat on his back with a 'tall' figure looking over him "you okay?" levi looked down at him with his usual expression "y-yeah.." he lied. levi sighed and dropped the ball, then leaned down and picked eren up (bridle style) "w-what are you doing?!" eren couldn't help but blush. "taking you to the nurse, you fell outta tree" he said calmly, and walked into the nurses office. "oh...levi? you're here? you're normally the reason I have patients.." she said as she spun around on her chair "eren. fix him." levi held eren out to her.

after about half an hour in the nurses office eren was all checked and had about three plasters, luckily no broken bones but he did get a headache. they  both walked out the office, thanking the nurse for her help and walked to the remaining time of class. children ran about playing tag, others sat on the carpet and played with the old box of toys, eren and levi however sat in the book corner. despite eren desperately wanting to play like the rest of the kids he didn't. he stayed with levi watching him quietly reading on of the books.

school was over and all the kid ran out onto the yard to wait for their parents to come pick them up. eren and levi walked out to the gate together then eren stopped looking at levi. "what are you doing?" he asked levi who seems to be just as confused as he was . "going home... school is over, right?" levi looked at eren. "but you gotta wait for you're mommy or daddy to come here first" eren said in innocently " not me...I don't have any to come get me... and my uncle sure won't come.." levi looked down, he actually looked sad. eren pouted "what do you mean? course you do levi!" damn that boys innocence. levi sighed " eren. I don't. my parents are in a cool place up there" he pointed to the sky ".. at least ma is anyway.." levi tried his best to fake smile. he didn't want eren feeling bad, just in case the whole thing clicked in his little brain. "oh? in the clouds?" levi just nodded. "yeah... we'll go with that.." eren smiled "do you wanna wait for my mommy with me instead?" erens smile beamed, levi looked at him 'how is this kid so damn happy?'. now if any other kid said that to him levi would promptly say no, maybe even punch them. but eren... eren was different and levi couldn't understand why. was it the cause of the fact he was so happy... or maybe cause he came over and talked to him despite the others efforts to stop him. levi just liked the kid. and he was determined to stick around long enough to find out why. "sure... but only cuz you asked... n-not cuz I want to..". eren smile grew  "yay!" eren sat down on the foor and leaned against the metal fence. "come sit" he said looking up at levi. levi cringed but cautiously sat next to eren anyway.

they sat for about five minutes waiting. every so often eren would glance over at levi like he wanted to say something but was to scared too...

A/N: sorry-not-sorry for the cliff hanger... it's my summer break so hopefully I'll write more 😂 tho I'm not making a promise my lazy ass might not be able to keep 😂❤️. Love all and thanks for reading ^~^.
