Aliens of the Witching Hour

Chapter 4

I pulled the dining chair and sat on it . I was very hungry as I had been up since early morning.

"Mom,mom,mom,...Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast" I said jumping from the second last stair of the staircase.

"Well , Well, Well, why are you so excited???" My mom said.

"Not excited ,but yeah, HUNGRY!!!"

"Okay Ash, here's your breakfast"

"WOW!!! Mom pancakes!!"

" Yes, and with honey too"

"yum! thanks mom"

"Always!" she said.

I just smiled and started devouring it.

While I was having my breakfast my mom reminded me that I have to go to a 9 days trip with my friends. I was going with my besties who were Ivan, Elsa, George, Jack, and Catherine. We were going to San Francisco. We all lived in Carson city. So, we would be enjoying there with our leaders who were Ms. Linda and Mr. Eric. 

They both, our leaders, were so strong and as old as... um...I guess they would be around 26 or 27 years old.

Just forget it!!. Their age!!!

"Honey how are you eight of you going there...going to San Francisco?" asked my mom.

"By car , mom. We will be leaving by 4 noon tomorrow" I said in a little excitement.

"Okay, But shall we drop you on the spot or Linda and Eric will pick you up?" said she.

"No mom, we all have to go to Jack's house and from there Linda and Eric will take us."

"Oh, that's great, but pack up all the things you will need there." mom said in a caring manner.

" Ya, for sure, I had packed my stuff three days before" saying this I went up to my room with one piece of pancake still left in my right hand.

It was easy to go Jack's and Jolly's house by just walking... even easy to go at the house of every bestie of mine.  This was easy because me, Jolly, and Jack lived in the nineteenth lane and Elsa, Catherine, and George lived in the twentieth lane. So we went each other's place by walking.

I was playing my video game on the X-Box. The game was quite interesting, it was GTA 5. While I was doing my hardest mission, suddenly, Sam called me from downstairs...

 "Sis, its Ivan's phone for you"

I said " Yeah I am just coming there" It was almost the end of that mission and then I went downstairs to receive that phone call.

When I reached there, Sam said in an angry way...

"please tell your friend that I am not an old chap" and he went off banging his feet on the floor.

I picked up the phone... and said...

"Hello?''

 "Hey Ash!" Ivan said from the other end

"Oh ,yeah, Hi" I said

"Would you like to come at my home as all of us are gathering here to make plans for our trip"

"Oh ,why not...definitely ! Are all of them there already?"

"No, Jack is coming but after half an hour, he is attending the guitar lessons. But yes all the other members are here"

"Okay then...and yeah stop calling my brother old chap... he gets angry"

"Well...well...well... I will not do so every time , but yes , sometimes as I enjoy doing so... I like to do so with the juniors"

"okay then you have to handle  him . I don't want to be in this trouble anymore."

"Fine then... I will handle him but not stop doing this deed and see you here"

"Yeah, Bye"

"bye Ash" and I kept the phone.

I told my mom and went to my friend's house.
