"Daley, Lianah Autumn"

I just can't believe I'm now a college graduate! If only my uncle was here.

I grabbed the diploma from the dean and smiled. I can finally be a journalist.

"Thank you, uncle. For supporting me. For everything." I mumbled happily, looking at my diploma.  The crowd clapped as they handed me the diploma.

"Go princess! I'm so proud of you!" A familiar deep voice shouted through the noisy crowd.

I searched for Uncle Joe my 2 brown eyes.

And there he goes standing beside the aisle wearing his usual polo shirt and black pants with matching leather shoes. I smiled as my tears ran through my cheek. "I love you, Uncle!" I mouthed.

"I love you too" he mouthed back.

"I hate you for doing that" I pouted wiping my excess tears. Uncle Joe just chuckled back and pulled me in a bear hug. "I'm sorry honey. I just wanted to surprise you, that's all. And I will be staying here for the rest of the week." He replied resting his chin on my head. I just smiled and hugged him back since I'm speachless and happy. I'm just so happy that my uncle is here beside me. He's my inspiration and my strength.

"Honey, did you already talk to your parents?" Uncle Joe asked pulling himself out from the hug.

"I..I-uh. N-no. Not yet" I mumbled. 'Please can we not talk about this for fucksake'  I grumbled through my thougts. "Honey, c'mon. Give parents a second chance. I know it's hard for you to cope up with them but they are your parents. They told me they're sorry about it and they miss you already" He said with a pleading voice.

"I-I'll try, Uncle. I'll try. I can't promise you anything for now, I'm sorry" I muttered. After a few seconds, he sighed and gave me a comforting hug.

"it's okay, I understand. Now, who wants to eat? My treat."

Me and my parents never got along.

"Thank you for the pizza and for the ice cream, well for the food Mr. Daley!"  Chad said sighing in satisfaction. i giggled back and gave Tom a "Join-the-party" look since he's all quiet. Tom just shrugged back and ate his last slice of pizza. "So, what are your plans since you've already graduated from college?" Joe asked out of the blue.

Wow. Well, I still don't have any plans, I mean me and the gang need a rest. Maybe a 1 month vacation or so. Hey, REST IS JUSTICE!

"Lianah"

I snapped out of my dream world and looked at them. "I-I'm sorry, what?" I asked. "Your uncle asked us  earlier if you want a 1 month vacation in London?" Chad asked.

Whoa.

Whoa.

Whoa.

"Yeah. I have a house there. It has 4 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, a yard-" "Yeah, a dining and living room. And also a kitchen. I got it" I cut him off. He just rolled his eyes at me as I gave him a goofy grin.

"Whoa. Okay, we're in" Chad and Tom said in unison. "Okay, everything is settled!" uncle Joe exclaimed clapping his hands. I smiled knowing that Chad and my uncle got along easily. Joe didn't judge Chad because of him being gay, he accepted him for who he is and also treeted Chad as his son.

"Mr. Da-" Chad spoke but my Uncle cut him off "I told you, call me Joe." Chad just nodded and cleared his throat "Uhm... Joe.. I was wondering if Lianah can come with us at this party? I mean I understand if you don't want to since you want to spend time with her." Chad rambled.
