Standing out here, looking in his eyes again, it feels like the world has stopped. Until I feel another set of arms trying to pry me out of his. I turn and see Kate. What the fuck? Even though I can't believe she's here, I'm glad she is.

"KATE!" It comes out more of a squeal instead of an actual word. "What are you doing here?"

"I left Ryan and I wanted to come see you. Harry said they were coming so I tagged along." She leans in to whisper. "I don't think Niall's to happy." I look back at him. He's not. Kate knows so she leaves us alone.

"Hey babe." I grab his hand.

"I thought you forgot about me when you saw Kate." I know he's joking but it still hurts.

I bring my hand to his cheek, "I could never forget you Zayn." He swats at my shoulder and we both laugh. I've missed this.

I say hello to the other guys. I don't think they're to happy about something. Maybe they're all just tired. I stuff all their luggage into the back of my Tahoe. Has is always smelled like dog this bad? I cannot wait to get them back to my house. I really hope they like it.

"Hey Lauren, can we get something to eat?" Louis asks from the backseat.

"The only place open at this time of night is Waffle House if y'all wanna go there."

"Is Waffle House like IHOP?"

"Kinda. It's more like a downgraded, smokey IHOP. You remember Kid Rock got into a fight in one not long ago." My thumbs beat along to the song on the radio. What song is this?

"Good food though?"damn, I thought Niall was the one all about food not Louis.

"I like it, but I grew up on it. Y'all might not."

"We're starving so even if it's bad we'll deal."

There's a Waffle House about two miles from my driveway. I may or may not go there at least once a week. By the time we get there the truck is silent except for the radio that I've turned down. Everyone's asleep and I don't know if I should wake them so we can eat or drive on to my house. Harry's head falls and hits the window. He yells a little a it wakes the rest of them up. I guess I don't have to. They all look around not knowing where they are.

"We're at Waffle House." I tell them so they'll stop freaking me out with those looks.

The cook calls me by name as soon as we walk in and they all shoot me an,are you kidding me look. I shrug my shoulders and look for a place for seven people to sit. In this place there's not that many places to sit. Louis, Liam, and Zayn decide to sit in one booth while Niall, Harry, Kate and myself sit in the one beside them.

These five boys sitting so close to each other isn't gonna end well. A spit ball flies past my head and hit Harry in the eye. I'm about to die laughing when Derek comes to take our order.

"Lauren, I see you brought friends this time. Been out partying all night again?" He knows the 2 a.m. me all to well.

"Not tonight. Flying all night." I could go for a drink right about now though. "I'll take my usual and whatever the rest of these guys want." This bill is gonna hurt. I'm glad they take credit.

We sit there and eat and laugh. It feels like I've known them my whole life. I hear stories about them growing up with all their siblings. From holidays to birthdays to the pranks they played on each other. I didn't know this was how normal families acted. I had no idea siblings could actually get along.

After I pay the highest bill I've ever had here we head to my house. It late and I know the dogs are asleep but I also know I can't sneak in without waking them. It's basically lose lose here. I do the only thing I can do at this time of night.
