Chapter 4- curse

How? How could I have been bitten? Shifter bites where only givin' from alphas. I was shocked, my eyes still haven't left the mark.
"Are you ok" bean whispered, his hand on my shoulder.
"DONT TOUCH ME" I screamed, why was I saying that. My emotions were all over the place.
"Speck it's not his fault, you know that" the voice pierced threw the back of my head!
"SHUT UP. Shut up." I feel to the bathroom floor. I couldn't do this, this whole wolf thing. I was a witch, witches were made for vampires. That's how this worked. Being a wolf meant I could mate with anyone. ANYONE even those disgusting angels. My hands were covering my face. Bean hadn't said a word. My hands moved so I could look at him. He looked confused, spooked almost.
"Your mom told you she didn't want you to mate with a vampire. She bagged the moon goddess to give you a better choice. She agreed after your mother gave her one thing, every last ounce of good left in her. There's a school not to far from here, we have to attend it. There are people who can give you answers. I promise it's worth it" she whimpered. I didn't want to hear her but she was the only one that knew.
After a small chat with my wolf, Alice. I found out where to go. There was a school, which I would have to attend to get any of my answers. A school made for the supernatural.
"Bean...You don't have to come with me" Bean looked up at me almost hurt at my words.
"Eh? It's not that big of a deal, sweetheart. I'm only worried that you might find your mate and forget about me" his hands trembling on the wheel as the words pierced threw my brain.
"I won't, I don't want a mate" my voice a tad bit concerned. Mates where everything, once you found yours it's like everything else was nothing. Your body is theirs and theirs only. Like a shell. Beans hand touched my hand, disgust ran threw me.
"I can't let him touch you"
What? Why? I moved my hand away from his. Well there goes my fuck buddy. I slumped in my seat, letting my mind wonder.

-------flash back-------
"I don't want this for you." My mother spoke, her eyes red. She found out who her mate was. My mother had me with another man, she hid me in secret.
"I promise when you grow up, you won't mate to a vampire" she whispered into my shirt, as she cried.
"I promise on my life" she was more serious now.
"Sweetie, we should go" Spike said, pulling my mother off me. Spike never liked me because I was another mans kid. He told my mother to leave me here, he told her I would be safe. She of all people believed him.

"We're here" Bean said, while getting out of the car. Clearly he was pissed. I looked up to see a huge school, like fucking giant. I got out of the car, my legs numb. Some one came running to us. I couldn't tell who they were, seeing how it was 1 in the morning and there was no day light.
"Speck, you're finally here" a young boy, around 15 said to me.
"How do you know my name?" I asked my voice shivered from the cold.
"Your mother told me you would come. My names Devon Jones." His hand extended in front of me. I shock his hand, feeling no disgust like I had felt with Bean. Weird.
After Devon had us settle, he gave me my classes. Great more socials. Bean and I shared a room, this is going to be awkward.
"Why can't I touch you" Bean finally said after Devon left us to settle in.
"My wolf, she won't let you" I finally spoke, not wanting to hurt Bean.
"I'm just breaking the bond, it won't be forever." She whimpered. Bond what bond.
"Speck, we have had a bond for a while now. I have been able to hear your thoughts now that  your a wolf. I think she's right." Bean spoke as he looked at his hands.
"You could hear my thoughts, you mean you invaded my privacy! How could you Bean! I thought I could trust you, I opened up to you. I told you about my past. About X! I told you I loved you but I bet you already knew that, reading my thoughts and all. Why am I even yelling at you! You probably already know what I am going to say" I screamed at him, my anger was increasing. My body started shooting with pain. It felt like every bone was snapping.
"Speck you have to calm down! Your trying to shift, you need to stop." Bean begged.
"DONT SHIFT" an unknown voice spoke to me. I felt the need to submit. The pain went way, my anger slipping away with it.
"Who are you?" I spoke looking at what I would call perfection. His hair black and straight, styled perfectly on his head. His eyes a deep shade of purple.
"Not interested" he finally said as he looked me up and down. He walked away not giving me a chance to lose it on him. Not interested? Dick. Great just what I wanted, an asshole to submit to.
