Spencer had just entered the most dangerous jail in the city, one of the inmates in there was related to one of the possibles unsubs of their new case.
He was walking towards the main office when something on the corner of his eye made him stop abruptly.
No. He thought. It can't be.
He saw you, softly swaying in hammock made out of sheets. You were locked in a cell, inside another.
You were pale and thin, with bruised covering your body and clothes slightly ripped.
His thoughts were interrupted by a group of guards walking towards your cell. The 'leader' was screaming to open the gate.
He watched intensely how you two talked and when he saw you fall to the ground with a loud thud, he didn't think twice and rushed there.
You got up and ran towards the guard not minding the bars in front of you making you hit them and fall again.
"That's a whole lot of pretty in a whole lot of crazy" the guard said, laughing.
They all left and Spencer got closer to see if you were okay.
You opened your eyes and sighed, slowly getting up. A gasp left your lips when you saw him. you passed your hand through your face and blinked a few times.
"Spence..." you paused, he shouldn't be here, it wasn't safe. "You need to go."
He frowned in confusion. "(Y/N)..." he whispered. "You- you're supposed to be dead!"
"She's supposed to be a lot of things. very few of which she actually is. like being good to the guards and not send them to the ER, right (Y/N)?" a voice was heard in the room.
"we were just playin, boss" you said with a innocent smile.
Spencer looked at both of you, confusion still in his features. "I..why is she here? who are you?"
Boss smiled and entered the room. "I'm the person who cured this little lady when she gave up her sanity trying to save yours"
Spencer looked at you with wide eyes. "it was you. b-but what do you mean? how did she...?"
You shot a warningly look at Boss, spencer didn't need to know anything that happened back then.
"I think that's a story for another time. Now the real question is, what are you doing here?" he asked him.
"i'm taking her home." Spencer said with determination.
Boss laughed, throwing his head back as if someone told him the best joke he's ever heard.
He got closer to Spencer, and as soon as his hand reached for his gun, you were burning the bars down.
As soon as you were out, you threw yourself at Boss. Punching, and kicking him until he was whimpering on the ground.
"You're a traitor! how could you?" Boss said barely sitting up.
You turned around and gave him a sarcastic smile. "wait, you're surprised? you have heard of me, right?"
He glared at you. "you're a monster! you will never change!" he yelled at you.
"I can live with that." and with that, you took Spencer's hand and ran away.
You were getting close to the exit, but two of the guards were at the door.
"Now what're we going to do? They have weapons!" Spencer said in a hushed whisper.
You turned around and cocked a brow at him. "Buddy, i am a weapon" you told him, sassily. "Just wait here until i'm finished ok?"
He nodded and you walked calmly to the guards.
Spencer saw how they aimed their guns at you but before he could do anything, you had them on the ground, both unconscious.
He slowly got closer and looked at you with shock.
"I have questions, but i'm not sure i want answers"
he said. You laughed and led him outside.
