Shima's P.O.V:
I was shocked. I couldn't believe that Nii-san would even think about hurting us. We didn't even want to hurt Ren in the first place anyway. It was like the fucking--excuse my language--devil possessed us both to attack each other, but I'm glad that he's safe and alive. I don't know what I would do if I knew he was dead.
"S-Shima?"
I snap out of what I was thinking about and look at Aki.
"Yes?"
"Do you think that Aniki is really going to kill us?"
Aki started to tear up and I quickly hug him.
"I honestly don't know Aki...but I know that we will be ready when he comes back."
He releases us from the hug and wipes his tears away. I know how scared he is and so am I, but we have to be brave to be able to face Nii-san.
"Are you okay now?"
"Yeah...I think so."
Aki's P.O.V:
I actually don't know if I'm okay. I mean, we're going to see our Aniki again which is great, but he's coming back to kill us which is not great at all. Even though I'm scared of what will happen, I trust Shima that we'll be prepared. I don't want to hurt anyone, but if I have to...I guess I just have to.
"I'm going to sleep...I don't want to think about this anymore."
I get up from the couch we were sitting on in the living room and walk upstairs to our room.
"I'm going too..." Shima's voice was shaking as he said that and I know what he's thinking. He's thinking about what he'll do if Aniki comes back.
"Sleep with me okay, Shima?" I softly smile at my twin brother. Honestly, I don't want to sleep alone tonight.
"Uh...Alright." He smiles back.
We got to our room and Shima closes the door. Then, we go to my bed and I turn off the light.
"Hey Aki?"
"Hm?"
"Don't worry about anything because I'll be here to protect you."
I smile at his words, "And I'll protect you too. We got each other's backs."
He laughs, "Yeah. Goodnight Aki."
"Night~"
