Sophie leant back in her chair, smirking at her computer screen with pride.

It was three a.m on a Tuesday night, and although she knew she'd feel terrible tomorrow, it was worth it, for she had just achieved one of her biggest goals.

She'd hacked into the Avengers security system.

Yes, it was awfully difficult, but she liked a challenge. Her brain aching from all the puzzles was worth the view on her screen, and she never wanted it to go away.

The screen was split into eight squares, showing the different areas of the HQ. She'd only been able to get into eight out of the hundreds of cameras available, it was far too late to even attempt the others.

Sophie's eyes danced along the screen, taking in every pixel of information. Truth be told, nothing particularly interesting was happening. She couldn't see anybody, and half of the cameras just showed bland hallways, but the others revealed some slightly more interesting things. One that had some sort of kitchen, while the other three all showed the same room. It had a bar, sofas and lights dotted around everywhere.

She smiled in awe, happiness flooding her bloodstream as she realised she just out-smarted Tony Stark. The Tony Stark.

Looking at the time, the young girl realised just how late it was, and with her academic decathlon literally that day, she should probably get some sleep.

Once she'd switched off everything necessary, making sure there was no way of being tracked, Sophie quickly got into bed and turned on her phone, the blue light being the only glow in the dark room.

She quickly went onto her decathlon team's group chat, typing a short message:

'Good Luck tomorrow (well, technically today) guys! We're gonna SMASH it, hope you're all prepared!'

Before she could even put her phone down, another member of her team had replied.
Peter Parker.

'I'm 99% prepared, but I have 0 doubt when I say we're gonna win! Good Luck guys!'

Sophie wondered why he was still up, but it occurred to her she was also still up. And, unlike her, Peter was probably just studying. What else would he be doing?

After briefly smiling at her phone, she locked it and placed it on her bedside table, getting comfortable and finally closing her eyes.

Tomorrow is going to be eventful.
