PERSONAL BACKGROUND: Kumiko was born into a family of seven. When she was five years old, her mother passed away. A day after her sixth birthday, her father told her her mother's dream: that she wanted one of her kids to become an idol. She started playing her first musical instrument at age seven, even as she moved to Canada with her family at age eleven because of her father's work. She moved back to Japan after four years, living with her grandparents. She started her own band at age sixteen with her friends, where she was a guitarist.
TRIVIA ABOUT XUKO: - Xukowas born in Nagoya, Japan, but lives in Toronto, Canada. - Her nicknames are Xae, Kumi and Ichiko, which are mixtures of her first and last names. - She has sensitive skin. - She blinks when she's nervous. - She loves cookies. - She has a habit of fidgeting with other people's fingers. - She considers watching people write with their left hand a fetish. - Her favorite color is ocean blue. - Even though Xuko is very cheerful, she wasn't always like that. - She is very moody when things don't go right. - She can cry very easily. - She hates summer. - She has a brother in ACE Entertainment, Xenzhou.
HOBBIES: Xuko enjoys dancing, playing her musical instruments, and star-gazing.
SPECIAL TALENTS: Xuko can rap, compose, and play six different musical instruments. She can also cook and draw well!
IDEAL TYPE: Her ideal type is someone like Pentagon's Yuto, quiet and charming. Someone that's the opposite of her.
PRE-DEBUT ACTIVITIES: - Xuko appeared on ACE TV Season 1, where she was one of the trainees there. - She did a cover with her twin brother Xenzhou, who is also a trainee at ACEE.
