Rescue You

Louis' POV

This is it. The day I half expecting for. Tears started to fall freely and I looked at the blue sky. Why could my life be so fucked up?! One time is the happiest moment of my life and next here I am now, getting broken into pieces.

Why wouldn't she let me explain?

She may not let me explain this time but I know that truth will always be set free. Breath Louis breath! Stop overthinking things maybe you just need another gym right now. Yeah just another gym.

I took a deep breath and ran going back into the car parking lot of the grocery store and took off with my car. 'Maybe visiting Zeline isn't that bad right? I could just ask for a chance of explaining. Maybe leave her a letter?' I tell myself.

The next thing I realized that I was already standing infront of Zeline's doorstep. Hesitating, I knocked on her door but then no answer.

Do you know that feeling when you knock on someone's door many times but then there's still no answer and you're really getting worried and you wanted to go in but you think its rude?

Yeah Its getting on my nerves right now.

I tried twisting the knob and then it magically opened. Maybe she had forgotten to lock the door?

I went in slowly and my breath hitched. My heartbeat starts to beat faster when I saw Zeline lying on the floor, passed out. Take note of her oreos scattered on the floor.

Without uttering any word, I carried her bridal style and placed her in the front car seat. The car engine roared and I drove into the hospital as fast as I can, without breaking the speed rules.

I watched Zeline being carried into this bed with wheels, the nurses beside her checked her pulse and some other doctor things.

"Sir, please kindly fill up this form" a nurse requested handling me the form and a pen. "May I ask what's your name sir?" the nurse asked. "Louis—Louis Tomlinson" I replied.

The girl in a white uniform nodded and walked away. "We will bring her in her own room now Mr. Tomlinson. Please come with us" the doctor said. How the heck did that woman know me?!

I just nodded and followed. "Just press that button if you need anything Louis" the doctor say pointing towards the white button near Zeline's bed. I nodded and stopped. Now that woman knows my first name?! What?!

Groaning, I sat in a chair and sat beside Zeline's bed. "Please wake up love so I can tell you what my heart really feel deep inside." I whisphered. "And—and I never cheated on you. When you told me about how I hook up with another girl— I was left dumbstruck. I...I don't know where did you get that information but I know and God knows that I will always love you. I promised myself that I will look after you and rescue you no matter what it will cost me. I love you Zeline. I really do" I confessed.

"You might not hear me but I just want to tell you that—I'll look after you wherever this goes.

Harry had been calling me for the past three minutes but I didn't answer it. I'm just not in the mood I think? He's gonna be pissed off. That's for sure.

Harry called one more time and I hesitated to answer it.

Should I tell him that I'm here in the hospital? Maybe not....

"What the f@ck is wrong with you Louis?!" Harry yelled on the other line. "Can't you greet me a 'Hello' before you scream like that?!" I snapped. "No..Sorry... I've been calling you for three minutes and you're not answering! Just where are you now?!" he asked half-yelling. "None of your business. I'm fine and I want to be alone for now. Bye. Don't Call me again" I said and tapped the end button before he could answer.

Okay. I really need to call someone now. But who? I can't call the boys. I don't want to call them! Someone close to Zeline? But who?

I finally made a decision to call Perrie. Since both of them are like sisters I think she's the one to call.

After twenty minutes of waiting and crying, a blond girl walked in. "Hey Pez" I mumbled. "Louis?" 

"Yeah?" I asked. "What happened?" Perrie asked. "I don't know" was the only thing that came out of my mouth. A long stretch of silence came in but I broke it. "When I was about to enter her house, which is unlocked by the way, I found her passed out on the floor" I tell Perrie not meeting her gaze. "And I immediately brought her here" I continued.

"Then why did you call me? Why not the others?" she asked. "I don't know. I just felt that I should call you since you and Zeline are close right?" I asked."Yeah" she mumbled stroking the hair of the girl in the bed.

"Louis, I'm sorry"

"Don't be Pez.  Why are you sorry?  You haven't done a thing"

"No. I'm sorry for the both of you. I mean I kinda hated you for cheating on her and —"

"Why are you all thinking that I cheated on her?! I never cheated on her! I never met anyone!" I cut Perrie of kinda scaring her.

"But what about the picture?" she asked. "What—what picture?" I asked confused. "She said someone sent her a picture of you kissing another girl Lou" Perrie answered.

"Well that must be a lie!" I said half-yelling. I really want to punch someone now. Hard.

"Whatever must that be, it must be a hoax" Perrie shrugged. "Yeah a hoax" I agreed.

It became silent again and the only sound that keeps the room not awkward is the slowly breathing of Zeline and the annoying beeping monitor.

"Hey Pez"

"Yes Louis?"

"Can I have a request?"

"What is it?"

I took a deep breath. "Please don't tell her that I brought her here please?"
