In our Stars by: FloralFlo
Genre: Teen Fiction/Romance
Description: saffron jenkins has four months to live. Could she complete her bucket list in so little time?
1. what inspired you to write this story?
I honestly have no clue. It was just something that came to me. I have a feeling it was My Sisters Keeper inspired haha.
2. What kind of readers would enjoy your story?
I think 13 and up really. It's a book that you need to be old enough to understand properly but its still got the romance and humor added in.
3. What is your favourite genre to write?
Probably teen fiction/romance/humor.
4. Have you written any other stories? if so what genre?
I have written one other completed short story called Dear Delilah. I would say it is a romance humor story with some seriousness and it is non-teen fiction as my characters are older :)

Avery Johnson, a 17 year old girl who loses her parents to a car accident becomes lost without them. She legally goes into the care of her Aunt but that's not how it's going to work with her Aunt. She won't live with her Aunt and her Aunt won't live with her. The arrangement is that her Aunt will take care of the financial things and send Avery money every week to survive off. She doesn't want anyone at school knowing of her parents death but how long is that going to last? Jai, a classmate, becomes her life. What else could happen?
1. What inspired you to write this story?
I'm not sure exactly, I wanted to write a longer story than what I usually do. I wanted something that was also a little different to my other stories. The idea I'd come up with a while ago and recently just started putting it together...
2. What kind of readers do you think would enjoy your story?
I think anyone who loves a bit of romance, maybe a little bit of drama and some heartbreaking moments would definitely read my story...
3. What is your favorite genre to write about?
Definitely Romance and Humour, lighthearted stuff, but I also like writing different things. I'm really don't like rediculous drama and I won't add it in my stories but I don't mind drama that doesn't make my eyes roll, does that make sense?
4. Have you written any other stories, if so what genre?
Yes I have, I have three other stories. Two of them are around 50 pages and both have romance and humour in them. They are both light and fun to read (and write).
