I waited anxiously bouncing my right leg for Kelly to come out that door so I can explain what happened. Nelly was still on the floor being scrutinized by her sisters stare. Each passing moment her cheeks deepening a shade of red.
The moment we heard a flush I heard Nelly blow a sigh of relief. A few seconds later I look up to see Kelly tying her hair long straight her up. It tightened her face and to me I slightly laughed because it gave her stereotype Asian eyes.
She sat down next to me and exchanged looks between me and Nelly for a minute until she threw her hands up in the air.

"If you don't explain now I'm calling your mom to say you got wasted and have a lesbian lover" I looked at Kelly with an are you serious look and smacked her forehead. She dramatically looked surprised even though she already knew I'm naturally 'abusive'.

I looked at Nelly and she nodded towards me so I took the lead to speak,

"Well, Kell-Bells you know have I have the world records smallest bladder, so Nelly showed me where the bathroom was. When I came out I tripped and fell on the ground due to my alcohol levels and my clumsy habits. Nelly the hero came asked if I was okay and I was being mischievous so I flipped her over and started tickling her."

It was now my turn to receive the are you serious look.

"I'm telling you guys the truth! If I was to be flirting around with anyone it would be that cute ass bartender that I left so I could urinate!" My eyes popped when I realized that I was supposed to go back to him and he probably thinks I left him.
   As if on cue a knock on the door proceeded by a,
"Well can the cute ass bartender join the party?"
  The girls burst out laughing at my humiliation and I just groaned and rolled back, frustrated by my loud voice.

"I don't know he doesn't seem that cute anymore!" I yelled back in response, still mentally face palming.

The door opened and revealed the caramel bartender flexing his arms revealing muscles that I wanted hugging me. He patted Gaby's and Nelly's back, hugged and gave me side kisses then he looked at Kelly confused. I whisper yelled," She's hispanic!" Kelly laughed and her nose scrunched up as she hugged the bartender and received the side kisses.
"We may not be Hispanic, but we do hug so come back!" Gaby's authoritative tone contradicted with her warm smile. He gave her and Nelly and hug then sat on the free side next to me.
"So.. I'm cute?" I groaned and returned to laying on my back.

"Anyone else feel like dancing again?" I grabbed Kelly's hand and made sure we were the first out of the door. We spotted Austin nodding off to the beat of the music, Kelly went to him and I went to Yazmin.
Instead of tapping on her I grabbed her hand and spun her to the beat of the music. She smiled at me and I smiled back, still holding my hand she walked around me and dropped and I did the same. Yazmin shimmied down and when she came up I went down and we just laughed and had fun.
I forgot about the bartender situation and just decided to have fun. We danced with a few other people she introduced me to and only me and Yazmin continued to dance without taking a break.
    We walked outside and sat by the pool. I rolled up my pants and stuck my feet in. It was really warm and I was sad I didn't bring a bathing suit.
    "Janae?" Yazmin pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Yea?"

"I know he's your friend, but Austin is kinda creepy he was very hand-sy" I laughed at her attempting to be nice as she was telling me she didn't like Austin.

"Yea he is 'hand-sy', but I've known him forever and I don't know I don't see him ever trying to be too much of a creep. I mean yea sometimes I am a bit uncomfortable-"

"A bit?" She laughed

"Ok yeah most of the time, but I love Austin even though sometimes when I'm doing girl stuff with Kelly he'd understand it's girl stuff. I respect the friendship though because they are cute best friends."

She nodded at me and for some reason I felt the need to go on and tell her more gossip.

"You know not once have I gone on my phone except to text my mom every half hour I'm alive."

"That your alive? Your mom sounds fun."

"Ha yeah, but here put in your number."

She put in her number and for the contact picture she stuck her tongue out and snapped it. I started laughing, I am definitely staying friends with her.

"Normally I have take ugly off guards of people because I make everyone's contact picture ugly so when they call it's hilarious."

"Well mine is there already so let's go back and party!"

"Hell yeah!"

We walked back in and I wanted to grab my friends back to the dance floor. I left Yazmin for a second and walk towards to wall where there were a few bar stools. One was occupied by a pouting annoyed Austin while the other was occupied by Kelly making out with a guy. I was happy for her and was gonna embarrass her a bit so I walked closer. I came next to Austin and smiled and he rolled his eyes at me, rude.
   When I looked over I noticed brown curls and saw tan arms wrapped around Kelly. I mentally gasped and walked back to Yazmin before Kelly noticed I was there. Yazmin was dancing randomly attracting a crowd with her moves. I spun right in and I whispered into Yazmin's ear,
"Kelly is making out with the bartender."

Yazmin shrugged confused not knowing why it was a shock to me. So I pulled her out of the crowd and explained what had happened from the bar to the bathroom.

"So you like him?" I looked at her and wasn't sure what my response was.

"I don't know, but I mean we were kinda talking shouldn't there be at least a little respect in that? Ah, I don't know if I'm allowed to be mad since I walked out on him."

"I don't know either, I know when I like a guy or not and if you don't know then you can't be mad."

I nodded in agreement and we walked back, but all I could think of was the fact that Kelly kissed the bartender.
