*TRIGGER WARNING* death, blood, gore, stuff like that. It can get kinda graphic sometimes, forgive me.
"Alexander." Eliza said, walking towards her husband.
"You have to go to sleep, sweetheart. You can't go on like this." Her voice sounded sweet, but carefull.
Alexander was sitting in his office chair behind his desk, weiting down literally everything he could think of, just to stay awake.
"Honey, I'm serious. It's been too long since you've slept." Alexander turned around and stared at her. "You want me to sleep?" His voice filled with disbelief when he spoke those words.
"I know it's hard for you to-" "No, Eliza, you don't know. You don't understand what it's like to have those horrible nightmare's every time that you close your eyes for even a minute." He snapped at her.
"You're right, I don't. But you have to sleep." She took his hand, and he sighed. He didn't say anything to her as he got up from his chair. He let her guide him back to the bedroom, so he could get some rest for the night.

Alexander felt a cold shiver go down his spine. He opened his eyes, and realized he wasn't laying in bed. He wasn't in his bedroom. Eliza wasn't there with him anymore. He was alone. Alone in a poorly lit room, where he could barely see his own hands. Not again.
He first made sure his eyes were used to the lighting, or well, the lack of it, before he got up from the floor.
It's just a dream, Alexander. There's nothing to be afraid of. It's just a dream. Nothing can hurt you.
He kept saying things like that in his head as he walked towards the door.
The hallway was a bit better when it came to the lighting. Not that that was really a good thing, since Alexander could now see everything that was in the hallway, including bloodsplatters on the wall, and corpses, and pieces of corpses, on the floor. He almost screamed as he accidentally stepped in a puddle of blood on the floor.
He took a deep breath, but regretted that instantly. The horrible smell of rotting flesh was very strong, and it made his stomach turn, almost making him throw up.
He continued walking, looking for some way out that probably wasn't even there.
"No! Oh god please don't hurt me!!!" Alex jumped by hearing the horrific noice of someone suddenly screaming.
Stay calm Alex, it's just a dream.
He heard the person scream again, before it went completely silent. It wasn't the first time he heard stuff like that in his dreams. In the beginning, when he just started having these dreams, he would always go to the rooms the noices came from, to see if he could help anyone. He always ended up seeing that person being brutally murdered by someone, or something, and he could never do anything to stop it from happening.
He heard a door smash somewhere behind him, but he tried to ignore it and he just kept walking.
"Please help me!" A voice screamed. "DON'T hurt me!!!" The voice of the unknown man sounded desparate.
Alexander hurried to get to the room where the screaming was coming from. When he opened the door, he saw a man tied to a chair. On the other side of the room was someone in a yellow raincoat, his face unrecognizable. The raincoat was stained with blood, and some stains were on there for longer than others.
"Stop whining. It'll all be over soon." The person said, looking at the axe they were holding.
"Please don't!" The man in the chair screamed.
