Skippys POV
I was walking ok the forest. Humming a song I heard from Tyler back at the house.

She was constantly on my mind. I feel terrible for leaving her. I will find her. I may be "imaginary" but I refuse to leave her forever. I will protect her.

Someone is skipping stones. I wonder who it is..
I walk over to the lake. I see a girl. Short black hair, Big brown eyes, A cute little flower crown, A sweater a little to big for her, Shorts, knee high socks and high tops.

"Ali?" I ask in total disbelief.
She looked around. That means she heard me.

She heard me!
"H-Hello"
I walked out into sight.
"Hi. I'm Skippy! I'm your imaginary friend. I will help you and keep you safe!" I said wanting Ali to trust me.
"You look like Ryan! He was my best friend! You can be my new friend! Not best. You have to earn that!" She said bouncing slightly. Her hair moved. I'll admit. It was adorable.

Ryan. Heh...

"I'll do my best." I said walking over to her.
I'm 12 and she's 9. So I'm taller. A lot taller. She tried to grab my hand. It went right through.
I instantly feel sad. I look at her. I can tell she did too.
We continued walking.
"Want to come to my house!!" She asked
"Sure.."
As we walked my mind began to wonder. I started thinking about her. I felt my face get warm.
Ugh.
I heard a twig snap. I instantly went into protective mode. I looked over and saw a girl with pink hair and black all around her eyes and down her cheeks.
"Ali. Sweetie who's this cute little boy."
"Little. Seriously. I'm older then you. And you know it thorn" I said her name like it was poison.
"Give me the girl and I'll be on my merry way Skippy!"
"Run Skippy I don't-" I cut her off by blasting thorn back into hell. That will keep her away for a while.
I turned to her for down on one knee.
"I will protect you Ali.." because I love you! I finished in my head.
