You and your best friend Rachel were swimming at your favorite swimming hole...when you heard two men talking very harshly toward each other...you both remained very quiet...and hid under the overhanging tree branches...trying not to ripple the water around you...neither of you thought much of it...until after an hour or so later...you heard two gunshots...then a loud splash...you both wanted to run away and scream...but stayed as calm as possible...until you heard the trucks leave...you both slowly swam out from under the tree and saw a body floating toward you both...Rachel wanted to get away from there as quickly as possible...but you had to check it out...because you thought for sure you saw the body moving.

You swam over to him...and slowly turned him over...and screamed at Rachel and said it was Criss Angel!!...and he was still alive!...you both swam him to the bank and gently loaded him into the car...but just as Rachel was getting ready to peel out...you remembered hearing two shots...and Criss only had one bullet hole in him...you went back into the water and looked around until you saw another small body...it was his little boy...you quickly grabbed him...but there were no marks on him...he was just floating from being in total shock...you screamed for Rachel for more help...but as she reached out for you and the baby...a bloody hand touched your shoulder...you turned around and saw Klayton Scott asking for help...you handed Rachel the baby then helped him out...he wasn't hurt badly...but he was bleeding a lot.

As Rachel drove frantically to the hospital...you tried to keep Klayton awake...by asking him why they were both attacked...and what kind of monster would do that to a baby...Klayton tried to stay awake and said that Johnny saw them kill someone...and he and Criss were trying to protect him...but they overwhelmed them both and tried to kill all of them at once...and thought for sure the drop alone would kill the kid...but Johnny fooled them...and survived...then he looked over at Criss and asked you if he was still alive...you put your hand gently on his neck and said he still had a pulse...then you checked Johnny who was in your lap clinging to you with a death grip...he was in such a deep shock...he had no idea what was going on around him...and you just kept talking to him and Klayton while rubbing Johnny's head...trying to calm him.

Rachel finally pulled up in the emergency parking...and screamed wildly for help...three medics came out with two Gurney's and loaded Criss and Klayton up and ran them thru the emergency center and straight to surgery...Klayton came out in the wheelchair three hours later...with the nurse telling you that he was ok to go home...that his wound was superficial and just needed emergency stitches...you thanked her and sat beside him...as the police came to get his story...and an idea on who the attackers were and what they looked like...Klayton gave them a very accurate description...then asked Rachel if she'd sit with him for a while...because he was worried about his nephew, and his brother.

You were in the room with Johnny as the doctor was checking him over...but every time you tried to leave...he would scream...and begin to cry hysterically and hold his arms out to you and calling you mommy...which tore you up inside...you sat down with him...as he crawled in your lap...and put his thumb in his mouth...and calmed down again...the doctor looked at you and said other than being a little shocked at what happened to him...he was fine...and that you could take your son home...you didn't say anything at the moment...and just let them believe you were...you carried him with you...and asked how Criss was.

The doctor looked down and said he was still in surgery...because he got the worst of the deal...the bullet hit him directly in the chest...and there was no way of knowing how much damage the bullet did...until they opened him up and removed the bullet...and the other doctor was in there doing that right now...so you went out to where Rachel and Klayton was...Rachel was sitting right beside him and holding him...but just to show that he was thankful to both of you...he grabbed you too and held you both...then kissed Johnny and asked him how he was doing...Johnny looked at his uncle Klayton but didn't say anything...but when Klayton tickled him he gave him a smile...which gave Klayton confidence that he would be fine...but he also noticed how he attached himself to you...and he realized what the little guy did.

Klayton asked you if you were married, or had a boyfriend...you shook your head no...while looking toward the emergency room where Criss was...then he asked you if you realized that Johnny picked you to be his mom...you looked at Klayton and asked him what he was talking about...Klayton whispered to you and Rachel so Johnny couldn't hear...and said that his real mom was dead already...that those same bastards killed her first...before taking them to the water...you put your hand over your mouth in shock and sadness...but remained quiet...and just held onto Johnny that much closer...a few hours later the doctor came out and said that the surgery was successful...and Criss would be sore for a long while...but he would live...Johnny sat up and said he wanted daddy...you kissed him and said he could be with him very soon...but daddy needed to get better first.

Johnny looked at you and said daddy sick?...you shook your head yes...Klayton fell asleep laying his head on Rachel's lap...as she played in his hair...you tried to lay Johnny down in front of Klayton so he could hold him for a while...but Johnny refused to move from your arms...so you carried him with you...to the back and asked the nurse if Criss was awake yet...she looked in and told you yes...and let you go in...thinking that you were his wife...Criss looked blankly over at you...but gave a smile when he saw his son ok...Criss reached out for him...you put Johnny in his daddy's arms...and went to move out of the room...but Criss grabbed your hand...wanting to hug you to...and as tears rolled down his face...he thanked you for saving and rescuing his family...Johnny looked up and pointed to you and said dat mommy...daddy...Criss smiled for a moment...then looked at you...and told his son that he was right...that mommy was there to take care of them...then he gave you a smile...as he squeezed your hand a little...as you thought to yourself...that was one way to get a perfect family started...just save their lives...and suddenly you were automatically a mommy and a wife...Klayton and Rachel went in the room...where you added that you were also a sister and a sister-in-law...by the way things were looking with them two together.
