Chapter 7 : The Date (Part 2)

*A quick recap*

Liam takes Laura out on a date to Mudchute Farm as she loves animals. They go and see lots of animals and they even go horseback riding. When Laura falls in love with Beau, the horse she was riding, Liam gets a sponsorship for Beau. The chapter ends with a happy and excited Laura and a smiling Liam about to go and have dinner.

 *Laura's POV*

"Your welcome. Shall we go and have dinner then? It's dark already." He asked.

"Yes!" I said, bubbling with excitement .

"Okay. C'mon then." Liam said grabbing my hand.

We walked for about five minutes before I spotted a beautiful pond.

"Wow!" I gasped. "This is so beautiful! I never knew that there could be a pond in a farm."

"It is spectacular isn't it?" Liam said with a smile on his perfect face. He tugged on my hand and led me towards the pond. As we got closer, I could see a blanket and a picnic basket a few feet away from the edge.

"I know this is not fancy, expensive, first date-quality food, but, this was all I could manage within a few hours." Liam said sheepishly as we sat down on the blanket and opened the basket filled with food.

"This is absolutely perfect Liam." I said squeezing his hand while he smiled.

"And woah! That's a lot of food!" I commented eyeing the sandwiches cut into different shapes and sizes, quesadillas, caramel popcorn, chocolate and blueberry muffins, roast potatoes and much more.

"Well, I didn't know what you liked!"

"It's ok Liam, I eat just about everything." I said laughing. "But, really, that's so sweet. But, I doubt we'd be able to finish it all."

"It's ok, only eat as much as you can." He said grinning.

"Mmm." I moaned, biting into a yummy chocolate muffin while Liam stuffed his mouth with roast potatoes.

"So," He started. "What's your favorite color?"

'Purple." I said.

"Really? That's my favorite color too!" Liam grinned. I knew that. That's why I wore a purple top, I thought to myself.

"Really?" Liam asked.

"Huh? Really what?" I asked him confused.

"Did you really wear that for me? Because I like purple?" Liam asked grinning.

"Damn, I must've spoken out loud. I tend to do that sometimes." I said avoiding his question.

"Answer my question, Laur. Did you wear it for me?" He asked in a teasing tone.

"Fine. Yes, I wore it for you. It was Zayn's idea." I said blushing.

"Aww! Thank you. It's really pretty. You are really pretty." He said teasing me again.

"Thanks." I said blushing. Again.

"Aww, these so cute! And delicious. Did you make them yourself Liam?" I asked him, biting into a sandwich that was cut into a little heart.

"No, I asked Harry to make them. Me and cooking don't go hand in hand." He said making me laugh.

"Well, they're really cute." I said again, smiling.

"By the way, Harry made the sandwiches, but, I was the one who cut them into hearts." He said proudly.

"Well, aren't you quite the romantic." I said and he blushed. He actually blushed.
