Another day, Another time.

It was one of those days where you felt as if something was missing .

Like something or someone who was always there isnt there anymore.

Sora glanced out of the train window as her thoughts consumed her. "You ok, boss?" Kisami asks, glancing at his boss from the book he was reading. She nodded slowly, letting out a sigh.

"Yeah, just a little nervous." She admits, making him chuckle and nod. "Its gonna be ok. We'll win and then we'll go home and be the family like we always were and always will be" He smiles reassuringly, making Sora's heart break. 18 will go in, 16 will come out. Sora leaned her head on her hand. 'Mikoto's got the same idea. Except he looked almost relieved about passing down his crown.' Sora thought to herself, remembering the conversation with Mikoto a week before.

~FlashBack~

"Sora" She looked to see Mikoto, motioning her to follow. She slipped from the group and followed.

"What's wrong?" She asked, slightly nervous. Mikoto sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. "I think it's about  time i hand down my crown." She almost choked on her spit. "What!? Already?!" She asked in a hushed tone.

"This next battle will be my last one, little one. I want to pass it on so my legacy and my people can continue on." He truthfully says, lighting a cigarette.

Sora sighed, snatching a cigarette from him. "To be completely honest with you, my time is near as well." Sora sighed, leaning over to his lighter.
Mikoto nodded, sighing.
"I went to a place called Juniopia for a couple days as a vacation a couple years back." Sora spoke, sitting on the ledge of the balcony.

"I met a man, Junpei was his name, Junpei Hirohashi. He labeled himself as a man of god but also of wonder. It hit me after visiting his shop that wonder meant voodoo." Sora lifted her shirt to show massive decay on her side. Mikoto's eyes widen, stepping back slightly.

Sora chuckled, putting her shirt back down.
"When i denied any type of relationship with him, he hexed me. Placed a curse that in time, my whole body will be decayed beyond repair." She explained.

"You were always stubborn when it came to being with someone." Mikoto snorts, making Sora pout. "Yeah like you're any better" She retorts, sticking her tongue out.

They looked at each other and let out a laugh.

"Let's hope Tatara will be on the other side waiting." He smiled sadly. He wraps his arm around her as she leans on his chest.

"Yeah. The black kings man and Homra back in action." He smirked.

"I wouldn't have it any other way"

~end of flashback~

"Ne, Kisami." He hummed.

"If one day i was to die, would you take my crown?" Kisami furrows his eye brows as he looks up.

"It'd be my honor but that won't happen anytime soon." He gently smiles at her. She sighed nodding.

"You're right." Lies. She promised to never lie to those she loved, she lied.

They got there and hell had already gone loose.

"Find Mikoto's squad and help fight beside them!" She ordered, making them nod and go the other way. Sora watched as they ran as her heart started to tighten up. She quickly made her way around, slashing down anyone and anything in her way.

She looked up, her black sword was slowly crumbling. She grit her teeth, a simple voice catching her attention.
In between she managed to get hit and was bleeding fast. Muffled voices and noises were heard as her vision clouded.
She limped around and saw Mikoto, about to be stabbed as his sword was falling down fast.

All the memories flashed through her head as her body moved on its own.

The first time they met and she knocked him on his ass, the many times they met because Tatara wanted them to be allies.

The time when they drank themselves silly, when they told each other their darkest secrets. The times they were the only ones who understood what they felt. Pain, betrayal, loss.

The sword sliced through, showing Mikoto's blood gushing whilst another sword went through Sora who was on the floor, blood pooling around her. She gasped her last breathe before the light in her eyes finally left.

Lights of red filled the sky as the Red sword shattered. Homra was devastated as chants of "No Blood, No Bone, No Ash!" were heard.

Suddenly the Black sword also shattered, causing crow like light to also dance, making the black clan stand shocked.

"NO SORA! NO!" Miyuki screamed, being held by Ryo who also sobbed.

Kyosuki was hugging Kimiko who was trying to suppress a sob.

Kisami dropped to his knees, sobbing into his hands. Hiro walked over to him and pulled him into a hug as they all cried. The black clan had lost one of their family members.

After that day, the black clan disappeared. Their bar disappeared, they just vanished into thin air. Not before a small memorial was help for Sora.
Flowers and pictures and memories were spoken along with plans for the future.

In another world, Sora woke up.

She glanced around, groaning as the bright light blinded her.

"Ah, you're awake!" Her eyes widen as she immediately sat up. Mikoto sat on a chair near a window while Tatara walked over with a small smile. Her eyes watered, launching herself forward to hug him.

"Oh my gosh! You're really here! You're really here." She exclaimed, then whispering to herself. She was almost trying to convince herself.

Tatara let out a laugh, hugging her back in a tight and emotional hug. "I'm here. Right back your arms." He whispers.

"My little brother."

Mikoto kissed his teeth.

"What about me! I'm here too, ya know." He says, making the two laugh. "I glad to see you too Mikoto." He smiled, walking over giving her a hug.

She was happy.
