First date was the most important thing of the start of a relationship, to you. Jungkook and you agreed to go on your first date today which marks a full week of your relationship. You had asked him what was the plan for the day but it was a secret he said which put you on suspense two days before the date.

Jungkook had told you to wait for him at your house, your heartbeat was accelerating nearly each minute, thinking that he would just pop up out of nowhere. You were all ready, wearing the outfit that took you a full day to choose which was a pair of leggings and a long white shirt with a pair of sneakers.

ding dong!

The sound of the anticipated doorbell sounded in the house, making you stand up and walk to the door nervously. You slowly opened the door, revealing your boyfriend in a white shirt and a pair of jeans, a single pink rose in his hand. He smiled as he saw you.

"Good morning, (y/n)." He greeted, handing the rose." A pink rose for my princess." You accepted it, blushing while mumbling a soft thank you which made his smile grow wider. You hurriedly ran back into the house to put the flower in a vase and went back to Jungkook.

"Shall we start our d-date?" Jungkook stuttered, beginning to feel a little shy. He offered his hand which you gladly accepted and gave him a little nod.

"Then, let's head to the train station. We'll need to take the train to head to our destination." He said as the both of you walked. Your hands were linked, fingers laced together and yours fit into his perfectly. Just a small touch sent little currents through your body, the same for Jungkook but neither of you said anything.

The whole journey to the station was just in silence, a comfortable one. Since it was a Saturday morning, there were not many people around which set a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a first date. Your eyes wandered everywhere, looking at the shops that you passed by.

You decided to just forget it and continue walking, your eyes now fixed on Jungkook's side profile. His prominent jawline, his pointed nose and soft lips; you loved all of them but that was only a part of what you loved about him.

"D-Don't stare at me l-like that.. " He stutter as he sensed your little glances and pink painted his cheeks. "I-I'm not used to people staring a-at me." You giggled at his shyness, giving his hand a squeeze. It was evident that he was blushing without looking at his face as his ears were the same tint as his cheeks as well.

"Why couldn't I stare at my handsome boyfriend?" You teased, making him blush harder. The both of you had arrived at the station and proceeded to one of the machines to buy tickets. As you took your wallet to pay for your share, he stopped you, making you stuff it back inside your bag.

"Don't you dare take out your wallet for the whole date." Jungkook threatened playfully, concealing his real words with his little threat. You thanked him, knowing full well what he meant.

He was a sweet gentleman but he was shy so he was always not direct with his words and people, other than his friends and you, tend to misunderstand him. You found him cute, one of the things you love about him as well.
