Scurvy

part 1

(This is before the 2 year time skip ).

     Usopp has always had a feminine touch, her face was small, she had long eyelashes, and nice full lips along with long curls that framed her face nicely. But being covered in dirt and oil along with the way she acts and talks has always made people think twice about her gender. When she lived in syrup village as a young girl, she did look like a little boy and nobody really paid attention when her mother would tell them that he was actually a she. After her mother passed, everyone in the village assumed she was a little boy and she didn't think much of it. Even after the day she met luffy, zoro and nami she didn't think it would be that big of a deal that she didn't have male genitals and a flat chest. I mean it wasn't like she was hiding anything, but she did have moments where she wanted them to know. Most of the moments would be when sanji would kick her for touching the other girls drinks or food. The only person that she knew she had to tell was chopper as he was the ships doctor and she did need pads and tampons from him every month. Her frame was tall and lanky, well tall for a female, she was 5'7 and very dainty. So skinny in fact that her boobs never really grew in and sanji was pushing her to eat to much until chopper had to convince him to stop. Her outfits really consisted of her overalls and her arm band along with her bandanna and goggles. Her overalls covered everything so she never really wore a bra or undershirt seeing that it was normally hot out on the sea. Everyday she did the same routine, wake up, eat, go to her work room and finish or start a project, talk to Franky, draw, check the sunny, mess around with luffy and chopper, eat dinner, hit the hay or do night watch in the crows nest. The formula was relatively the same except when they hit an island or had an event.
       Today was the same, wake up, eat, go to work room, talk to Franky, now it was time to draw. Usopp always had a sketch book on deck along with 2 pencils and since today was nice and bright she decided to sit out and sketch the water, fish, and some birds, but nothing to extreme. As she sat down on the grassy deck of the sunny and pulled out her sketch book she noticed a certain swordsman sleeping on the other side of the deck 'he should stop doing that before he gets a sunburn' she thought opening her sketch book and looking at the blue sky, until her eyes drifted back to the moss head 'he's always had a manly air around him, even the way he sleeps is masculine' she looked at him taking in every detail of his face, the way his eyelids slightly squeeze together and how his nose flares, the way his eyebrows knit together and his 3 ear rings move as the wind blows. Her eyes trail down his body and she takes in how his shirt fits his masculine build. She bit her lip ' i never noticed how big his muscles are' she looked back to her sketch book and saw that she sketched him, blushing she closed the book and and put her pencils on it. 'I need some water' she walked to the kitchen seeing sanji cleaning and making a snack for the ladies off the ship excluding usopp of course. "Hey sanji can I have a glass of water?" She asked sitting at the table "get it yourself, I'm making my beauties a snack" his eyes went to hearts at the mentioning of his 'beauties' she got out of her seat and pulled out a glass, pouring water in it , then drinking the whole cup ,she pulled the empty glass away from her lips and smiled "that's exactly what I needed" she whispered "usopp! Come out here! Me and chopper need an extra person to play tag!" Luffy yelled perking her up and running out side to play with her Captain and doctor. Usopp was tagged as soon as she walked out of the kitchen, she chased her crew mates "thats not fair guys!" Not watching where she was going as she tripped over something... or someone. She looked up holding her nose noticing that she fell over zoro, her confused expression quickly changing into a frightened one she was petrified as her eyes met with his glare "get. off. of .me." She scurried away from him as he still glared at her, grabbing his swords and going to the crows nest.
