All of a sudden i woke up. The air was chilly in my quarters, or so I thought. As i became more conscious I realized the force had given me a vision. I was known to receive more visions than most of the wisest masters in the order. Some say it was a gift, some, a curse. This vision was different however, as I could make out faces of friends and people I had met before. At first it showed smiles and laughter and then it went to cries of sadness and screams of pain and fear. I was at the centre of it all. The fear, the pain, and the suffering. After I had gone to the refresher, and changed into my robes for the day. I was putting on my belt when a knock on the door startled me. I clipped my lightsaber on my belt and went to see who it was. I opened the door and saw my padawans smiling face greeting me. "Good morning acros" I said as i walked out into the hall. "Good morning Master Joruun. Did you rest well?". I looked at him "not particularly". "you had another vision didn't you?". he had a look of concern on his face. "yes, yes i did". "you look tired master, maybe something to eat will help?". I smiled at my young Padawan. "your right lets head for the dining area". we started walking towards the dining area.
"that hit the spot. i do love bantha bacon and pancakes for breakfast". "so do I master. the kitchen staff have really improved in the past couple of months. well, at least I think so". I nodded and smiled at acros. he was a very smart, bright, and caring Padawan. everything a jedi should be. "now go attend to your duties and classes, i must go speak with the council." i said to him in a kind tone. "yes master, i will find you when i am done". "very well acros. you have yourself a peaceful day". we then parted to go to do our duties.
