In the morning, I just could feel all the rumours. They were coming to me right this second. Just while listening to music calmly in my usual seat in the bus. I was the first one in the bus, so when the girl after passed next to me she looked at me weirdly. At first I thought, I had something stuck in my teeth, but then I remembered what happened in detention. James probably had the hole school talking about me. I got off the bus and I realized what this day would be. I was so afraid. I just decided to be confident and pretend like I could hear no one. I walked as fast as I could to my locker and opened it. Got my things and ran to my first class: science. I was stuck with Carly. I knew she knew about me crying. Up until just a few days ago, I could tell her anything. She was my best friend after all. I rushed to my science class when the teacher told us to go see our lab partners. I was mortified. My lab partner was Carly. The hole class started laughing and getting into groups of two. Their lab groups. As I was sitting in my seat, waiting for the worst, Carly cake next to me, without a mean comment. I smiled at her. She smiled back. Maybe she had forgave me? I mean it was possible. I didn't want to ruin anything. I sat there and said nothing. The teacher explained the lab we had to do. "Alright class, all you need to do is find the missing liquid from mixture A and transfer it to mixture B and finally do a experiment finding out each and every one of the liquids in mixture B." He said in one breath. I knew I would be good at it. I was one of the best of my class. Every report card I would get, I would get 93 or higher. I had it easy with every class. In math, English, history, science, etc... Every person in class knew it. I think they had forgotten about whatever happened, that means he didn't say anything to anyone or just no one knew who I was. It was the most possible, I was the quietest in all of my classes. I started doing the experiment, as usual I was the only doing anything while Carly was on her phone. As I almost finished, Carly knocked over the cylinder full of the mixture B. I looked at her, she had one of those devious smiles on her face. I knew that smile, she would use it when she had something bad planed. I looked at her. No words were coming out of my mouth. I was speechless. I worked all class to get us an A on that project and she just knocked it over on purpose. I picked it up without saying a word. I felt the tears coming up my eyes. My vision was blurry. I felt a tiny tear dripping down my cheek. Carly laughed. Along with everyone else in the class. I was so embarrassed. "Cry-Baby, Cry-Baby!" She yelled with passion. She threw her bottle of water in my face. James had told everyone. I couldn't believe it. I actually thought he was a good guy. And that's when the rumours started.
