Just then did I notice it being 2:00 in the afternoon
Wasn't Jughead supposed to go on a road trip with his carrot top friend?What was his name? Anchovy? Anchor? Oh Yeah Archie!
I did my make up and fixed my hair in a messy pony tail as I grabbed my phone, wallet stuffing them in my messenger bag that held a book and my polaroid camera, and tied my shoes up. I walked down the stairs, holding my breath hoping that my mom wouldn't wake up, I made it out the door and grabbed my penny board and skated down the road to Pops.
As I walked in I smiled to myself and waved to Pop telling him to get my my usual-a chocolate milkshake and fries. I sat myself down in front of my lonesome looking best friend, as he furiously typed away on his computer, I was just scared that his keys didn't just fly off into his milkshake by the force he was having on it.
I silently said thank you to the server who brought me my food, I quickly looked back at my dazed friend who hasn't said anything to me since I got here. "Heyy Juggs, whats going on?" I finally said not wanting to wait any longer for I wanted to go get pictures at Sweetwater River before her mom wakes up.
The young boy jumped at the voice of his best friend, who he had not noticed that she was sitting across from him with her food-indicating that she had been here for a little more that 5 minutes.
"Archie cancelled me on last minute so I either stay here in this God-forbidden town, or you can come with me on this road trip for the rest of the summer."
"I would love to go on the road trip, just let me run home pack, tell my mom, oh and before we can go can we run by Sweet Water River to take some pictures real fast please?"
Sure was the only answer she got before he put all of his stuff up, she got up as well after paying and they left together to her house.

Romania's house was the biggest house in Riverdale, which meant she was one of the riches people in the town, which mean she should be popular, but nope not her for that was all her sisters identification one of the rich bitches of the school. But Asia was her sister and she loved her no matter what.

He watched as she walked into her walk-in closet and got her grey and white suitcase and started packing clothes, hair products, make up, hygiene based products, her phone charger and earbuds, and she grabbed two books and placed them into the suit case then she grabbed two of the most soft looking blankets and carried them in her arms as she makes her way down to her 'Stoner Van' as Jughead had onced called it, so it stucked.

"Mum" Rowan's- a nickname Jugs came up for her back when they were younger-british voice rang through the house, a muffled what was heard from the back of the house, Rowan continued her walk to the back to what Jug thought was a sun room, he peaked around in there to see her mom smoking what seemed to be weed and drinking beer- a cliche hippie family- "I was wondering if I could go on a road trip for the rest of the summer, if you don't mind." Jughead could tell that his friend had paled immensely while talking to her mother. "Sure, one less mouth to fill, while you're out on the adventure find me some cannabis for me, I'm running low."
She just nodded as they left the house heading to Sweet Water River so Rowan could take some pictures.
If only they knew what had happened that morning, they wouldn't go near that place, but they went on their merry way to the River as if nothing in the world could bring them down of their excitement. Oh just wait till they hear the news that will spread like wildfire in the next hours to come, for the little town known as Riverdale, could keep nothing to itself but still have a shit ton of secrets.
