"Go again! From the top, just like we've practiced!!" Coach Barbara yelled from the top of the bleachers."5, 6, 7, 8" Music began blaring from the speakers. We continued on like this for the next forty-five minutes, running over the same dance moves, and same stunts over and over again. *Click* "Attention Students, and faculty. Please make your way to the gym for our monthly pep-rally. Go blue!" Mentally groaning I stand in my starting line, turning my head to see everyone piling in.
*30 minutes later*'
"That concludes our annual pep-rally! Thank you to all those who participated in our games, lets hear one last hooray for our Fighting Blues as they face Paige county tonight in the semi- finals!" Everyone in the crowd screams and our pep-rally has finally come to an end. I walk over to our side of the gym and grab my bags and head for the double doors. "Great job Courtney! That blonde dude is still making googly eyes at you though.." Kaelyn freely announces as she makes her way over to me. Looking over, my eyes meet with a pair of sparkling grey ones. It couldn't possibly be the same eyes I had said goodbye to all those years ago. But, than again, maybe it could.
