"Hey corbyn" I said calling for him
"Yeah babe?" He responded coming out of the bathroom
"Can we talk" I said playing with my fingers
"Did I do something? Are you breaking up with me? Please tell me how to fix it I-" I cut him off
"No it wasn't you at all actually.... it was me" I said looking down
"What? Lara what happened" he said sitting down next to me and putting an arm around me
"I- Daniel kissed me and it was an accident I didn't know what was happening we were planning to prank you and he got to close-" I was interrupted as I started to tear up
"WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? AM I NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU. DO YOU LIKE DANIEL?" He yelled getting up
"No I love you and only you" I stood up to meet his eyes
"No. If you really loved me you wouldn't miss my best friend. We're done" he stormed out of my room and left.
I forgot me and Lindsay had plans today
"Hey Lara are you rea- Lara? Omg what happened?" She ran in and hugged me as I sat there bawling alone in my room
"It's. nothing" i said in between cries
"Lara please let me help you" she said rubbing my back
"I- I accidentally kissed Daniel" I said looking at her
"Lara are you insane why would you do that?!" She said with wide eyes
"We were gonna prank corbyn and Daniel got really close and started to lean in and one thing lead to another and-" I was interrupted
"I get it. Did corbyn see?" She asked wiping my tears
"No but I felt so awful I had to tell him and get it off my chest because I hate keeping secrets especially from him. I love him and I didn't want to lie and act like everything was fine" I said starting to cry again
"I'm calling Daniel" she said getting her phone out
"No please don't" I said
"Too late I just texted him. And now he's on his way" she said going to my window
He came into my room and immediately felt guilty when he saw me a mess on my bed
"Lara. I- I don't know what to say I feel so bad I'm so sorry" he said hugging me
Just then corbyn came in
"Lara I'm sorry I overreacted I trust you an- oh" he said getting mad again and turning around
"Corbyn. Bro please. If anything be mad at me. I'm the one who kissed her. She didn't lean in at all it was me. Be mad at me" Daniel defended me
"Ok I'll be mad at you" he said punching Daniel in the eye
"CORBYN" Lindsay yelled pushing him back
"Go home and come back when you're calm" she continued shutting the door
