My stomach nearly drops to my feet. Five little kids were running around pulling each others hair, screaming, throwing toys at their sibling. They were demons from hell. Vicky laughs as one notices her and waves, only to be tackled down by another demon. I grimace.

Children were not my favorite.

So very far from my favorite.

Oh god.

"They don't bite." Vicky nudges me, a giant grin on her face.

"No. They most certainly bite." I point at two of the kids chewing on a baby doll. There was older bite marks on the dolls foot. The dolls head was covered in slimy child spit.

"They're like puppy's, come on Elliot. I won't let them hurt you." she starts to pull me into the house. I hang onto the doorway, both my hands on either side of it. Vicky was behind me, trying to push me in. I nearly growl when she gets one of my feet in. She raps her arms around my waist and picks me up. A cry of surprise escapes my throat.

Vicky carries me into the house, I felt absolutely weightless. I didn't know this girl was so strong. She sets me down in the middle of the room. I send her an irritated look. She grins back at me. The little monsters stop what they're doing and stare at me. The tallest one seemed to have the most confidence, he walked over to me, starring me in the eyes. I felt like I was in the safari rather than a house.

I stare back at the kid, his hair was a dark brown, messy as hell. His shirt was half way off his shoulder. I think I saw a smug of peanut butter on his cheek.

"You look funny." the kid finally speaks. I purse my lips.

"You look funny." I come back at him. It was the most G rated thing I could think of. Just coming back at him with the same thing. He must have heard that one before, he crosses his arm. The other two demons slowly come to his side.

Vicky was sitting on a chair to my right, a giant grin on her face. I curse her in my head. Oh she's gonna get it.

"Why you hair in you face?" the second tallest asks. I feel my hair. It was getting quite long. I push it back away from my eyes.

"I haven't cut it." I say, waiting for the next insult they throw at my appearance. But nothing really comes.

"Why sissy bring you here?" the smallest on steps forward. She tugs on my sleeve. I look back at Vicky.

"I don't really know." that's when Vicky stands up and takes my hand. The children make way for her. They seem to really respect Vicky. I trail behind Vicky, looking at all the artwork on the wall. I smile at the familiar ones.

Vicky walks into a small purple room and sits on the bed. She pats the spot next to her. I sit down and face her.

"Could you tell me why you brought me here now." I whine. Vicky grins and takes a hold of my hands.

"I want to help you with Oliver." she smiles. I arch an eyebrow.

"He's dating a girl." I sigh.

"That doesn't mean he's not bi or something. I think I remember him dating a guy in freshmen year." she leans back and grabs a computer off of her nightstand. She opens it.

"He went to our school before this?" I thought he was new. Well, does doesn't make a ton of sense, how was he already so popular. Vicky pushes the laptop into my hands. It was a picture of Oli and some other guy. They were hugging each other, it looked like something more than a close friendship.

To be honest, I was slightly relived.

"So I still have a chance with him?" I look up at Vicky. She smiles and nods. "And you'll help me?" she nods again. I beam at her.
