Lucy POV

"Lucy," Robert whispered behind me. "Whats going on here?,"

I quickly turned me head bit down on my botton lip. A feeling of regret and sadness took over my body as tears fell from my eyes. "Robert," I said barely over a whisper.

"I-I thought you loved me," he cried.

"No Rob I do love you, this just happened. It doesnt mean anything to me. Im so sorry Chris but, we cant be together anymore. I love him and I always will," 

He nodded, "I understand," he said then walked away. "But remember what I said," he added. "I truely meant it," he walked away and I turned to Robert.

"What'd he say?,"

"Well the thing that stuck to me the most was that he was saying he wanted to settle down and have kids with me, get married,"

"You want kids?," he asked raisng his brow.

I nodded, "Yeah, I do. Hopefully someday," he smiled kissing my lips.

"But what was up with that kiss though?,"

"Well I thought I felt something for him but I  thought of all those things he did to me. Slapped me, cheated on me, then those feeling went away. Plus I love you, so," I shrugged. 

"I love you too baby,"

"Hey guys, Im sorry to inturrupt and all, but, we gotta get goin' to the next city," Max called at us.

So the tour ended and so did me and Chris' friendship. I barely still talk the guys of MIW, but I still make due. Me and Robert have been dating for 5 months now and our love is now stronger than ever.

Robert POV

"Hey dude, if I proposed to Lucy, you think she'd say yes?," I asked Craig out of nowhere.

"Well, honestly man, I dont know. You've only dated for what, 6 months. But you're a pretty loyal guy and thats just what Lucy needs. I mean, she'd be a fool to say no, so. I kept quiet, still thinking. You're gonna propose?,"

I nodded, "I was thinking about it. She's the one I want for the rest of my life. I want a life with her so yeah, Im gonna do it,"  assured myself. Now, what ring? It needs to be perfect, just like her. 

"This is the best ring, in my opinion," the ring saler lady told me. "Its 18 Karots,"

I smiled at it while holding it up.

"Beautiful isn't it?," she asked.

I nodded, "Yeah," Just like her, I thought to myself. It was a 18-karot white gold diamond ring. "I want his one,

"Alright, right this way so I can ring you up," she led me to the cash register so I can pay for the ring. "Okay so that'll be $12,980.57," I payed and she put the ring in the blue velvet box and closed it. I took the box and put it in my pocket. "Good luck,"

"Thanks," I said then left. I called the guys up to tell them to meet me and my place ASAP. 

"Okay so guys, I have news," I rubbed the back of my neck in nervousness. Without  I almost instantly said, "Im proposing to Lucy,"

"Thats fucking awesome man. I absolutely wish you the best," TJ said along with the the others nodding in agreement. 

"Thanks dude,"

"So when are you gonna propose?," Max asked.

"Maybe tonight. I dont want to waste any time," 

"Alright go get your girl," Kevin said, making me smile. 

I nodded agreeing with him, leaving to Lucy's place. I called her up telling her that i'll be over. "Hey babe, i'll be there in about 15,"

"Okay," I hung up then drove off to her place quickly, eagerly. Soon I arrived to her place and knocked on her door, sighing before she opened the door. 

"Hey honey," I hugged her picking her up and swinging her around. 

"Hey babe, what brings you here?," she asked closing the door and locking it. "This is so random im getting a little worried," she laughed, making me laugh too, but only mine out of nervousness. 

"I wanted to go to the carnival, with you," I thought. I actually didnt plan on going to the carnival but it was a quick rushed thought. "If you wanna go," 

She shrugged, "Yeah sure. Let me go grab my phone and keys. She did so and locked the house up. We left and got to the carnival after 20 minutes. 

I checked my pockets to see if the ring was still there, "yep still there," I whispered to myself.

"Whats still there?," she asked.

"My money," I said. "Dont want to lose that now do we,"

She laughed and held me hand. "Nope, we dont. Lets get on the ferris wheel," We got on the ferris wheel and kept getting on there back to back.

"Rob im tired," she said yawning.

"Okay, lets take you home then," Fuck. I feel like such a failure. I should've proposed earler but I chickened out.  On the way home, she feel asleep in the passenger seat. I carried her bridal style into the house and layed her my bed, taking her shoes and clothes off, putting one my blue button up shirts on her. It was a little big on her but it was adorabled and she looked cute. 

I sat in one of my comfy chairs near my window and looked. Not anything in particular, I just looked. Into my future that is. And Lucy was in it. Along with kids too. Thats what she wants, and that what she'll get. And I want that too. But in the traditional way. Be married first, its what she deserves. 

I slowly walked over to her sleeping body and took the ring out of my pocket and slowly slippped it onto her finger without waking her. Honestly, her finger looks way better with the ring on it. 

I stripped down into my boxes and climbed into bed with her, draping my arms over her waist and fell into a deep sleep with her. 

Lucy POV

I woke up with Robert's arm around my waist and slowly left the bed into to the bathroom without waking him. I softly slapped some cold water on my face, noticing a part was face was colder than the other parts of my face. I looked at my hands and saw a beautiful ring. And thats when Rob came and stood into the bathroom door frame and looked into my eyes as I turned around, confused. 

His eyes were full of love and passion, nothing but that. I looked down at the ring on my finger and back up at him, his muscular, tanned body. His curly hair just below his shoulders.

"Marry me, Lucy," he said walking closer to me, grabbing my wrists, then slowly intertwining his fingers with mine. "Will you marry me?," I was completely shocked and surprised. I gasped then thought of an answer.
