Jack's POV
I was walking, yes walking, not flying because I can.

I was walking back to the meeting because Jesus had finally called me.

I think back to what Xu-er, Singe had said, her words swirling in my brain.

I was so fucking confused, what do they want with me? Demons? What did I have to do with demons?

I was looking at the ground while walking, not looking ahead of me, looking at my feet instead.

As I was walking, I did not realize I was walking into a pillar until it was too late.

I slammed my head into the pillar and I said-shouted, grabbing my head as I glared at the pillar.

"Mother fuuuuuu....." I was about to curse until I saw a little kid with his mother looking at me, the kid looking at me curiously. "Uuuuddddgggee bbbbaaalllllsssss...." I trailed, looking at the kid with a nervous smile.

The kid look back at his mother and his mother looked at me, sighing with a smile as she shook her head. I smile sheepishly, feeling embarrassed.

I say goodbye to them and continue walking, my head looking at the road in front of me, but my mind wander back to what Singe said, almost knocking on another pillar but I stopped myself.

"Ohohohohoho, not this time, pillar, not this time...." I say as I looked around, people staring at me weirdly.

Great Jack, now people think you have gone insane! What a glorious sight to see!

I smiled and waved everybody off. Right now, I just feel like a fool now, honestly. I quickly walked away, not thinking about Singe's words as I scurried to the meeting place, reaching there and once again slammed the door opened, creating a loud bam.

I shut the doors and sat beside Jesus, who was looking at me with an eyebrow raised.

"What happened, Jack?"

"I don't think you wanna know but long story short, I ran into a pillar, which cause the bump in my head, almost curse in front of a kid, then almost ran into another pillar, scolded the pillar and now people think I'm insane now." I quickly explained, looking at Jesus.

He blinked and nodded "oookay.....well Jack.....while you were on your amazing adventure..... Lucifer and I have decided that Mark should get to know you better, you are once again going out, but with Mark..." He s said.

I looked at him wide eyes, he can't be serious! I could feel that he didn't want this and was forced to, but I am not hearing shit clear right now....am I?

I looked at him with wide eyes, staring at him, he looked at me and sighed.

"Jack, I know this is a lot to handle but you have to get to know Mark better, we will be meeting for 2 months straight and you don't expect yourself to just sit there like an idiot, do you?"
