Bible reference: Genesis chpt: 4 vs 1 — 26

Ever been so mad at someone that you were ready to explode?
When God did not accept Cain's sacrifice, Cain became angry—angry enough to kill his own brother.
Earlier, God had warned Cain to "rule over" his anger. By this, God meant that Cain needed to control his anger. But Cain wouldn't listen.Feeling angry? Anger itself is not sinful. Sin happens when anger gets out of control. God has tools you can use to master anger before it masters you. One of those tools is a fruit of the Spirit: self-control.
Another tool is prayer. Use them when needed!
