A Night with a Surprise

Connor nudged me in the side, "Hey, you got any plans for dinner? Cause we were thinking of going to chipotle or something, if you wanna come." I smiled to myself and gladly excepted. "Well, I am STARVING! Let's go!" Jc exclaimed. "Ok, ok, I'm getting up" Jc put his hand out to help me up. I grabbed his hand and stood up, stumbling into his chest. "Sorry.." I mumbled. His chest was so firm but comfortable, I blushed emencly. I wiped off my shirt of sand and starting running down the beach, waiting for the guys to catch up. They came hurtling after me, sand going everywhere. They finally caught up to me when I had reached the street. "So, where are we going? Taco Bell sound ok?" Ricky asked the general group. Everyone agreed so Kian, Jc, and I jumped on our boards and headed down the road. When we got there everyone ordered and started to pack into a little four person table. I was last to the table so Jc got up and offered his seat to me. I said it was fine so we all just squished together. A loud "Guys!!" got our attention and we turned to see Ricky sprawled out on the floor. Conner and Kian were laughing so hard that we all just joined in. All the sudden Kian said, "Gotta vlog this!" "Classic Kian everyone." I laughed as I scooted over to let Ricky back in his seat. After we were done Kian, Ricky, and Connor said they had to go edit some videos and that they would catch up later, so Kian drove them home. Jc and I were left alone. There was an awkward silence for a moment but Jc broke it by asking if I wanted him to take me home. "I'd love for you to, Jc" I said, blushing. We left the Taco Bell and walked to his car in silence. There was a tension that wasn't usually there when all the boys were around. I jumped in the car and turned the radio to play 'Aer', one of our favorite bands. All the sudden, Jc took a wrong turn. "Uh, Jc, you passed my street." I said hesitantly. "Oh, I know." He parked on a street, leading to a little park. He got out of the car and motioned to come with him. I jumped out and ran to meet up with him, "Jc, what the hell are you doing?" All the sudden he just plopped down in the grass so I did the same next to him. "Look. Just look at the sunset. Isn't it beautiful, Y/N?" "Ya, it is. It's gorgeous, Jc" His face was so georgous, perfect under the light of the sunset. I just wanted to sit there forever basking in his perfectness. "Y/N?" Jc said almost concerned. My heart skipped a beat. I was worried. "Yeah?" Jc grabbed turned towards me and I him and without another sound, he kissed me. It was passionate and loving and it was so sweet all at the same time. All the sudden I noticed I was just sitting there, so I kissed him back, letting my fingers run through his hair. I wanted to stay in his warm embrace, but we broke apart, laughing to ourselves. I bit my lip and quietly said, "I kinda like you." Jc looked into my eyes and replied, "I kinda like you too."
