Jai's pov
I am really happy that my sister has her driving test today. I drove her to the test centre, to show my support. As soon as we got to the test centre, Shania asked me to stay and I agreed. A couple minutes later, I got a text from Shania.
S: 'Hey, Jai, I met Emilie here at the test centre and she said that it has been while since we saw each other, so we are going out for coffee. You can go home :) xxx'
J: 'Hey, that's fine. I will see you at home, good luck with your test sis :) xxx'
S: 'Yeah, see you at home. I won't be too long getting home. Thanks bro :) xxx'
Thank gosh Shania let me go hime. I would have been so bored. But I have to meet someone anyway, but I couldn't say no to my sister, Shania let me go, so I am kind of happy she let me go. I can't wait to see this person, and I really can't wait to introduce her to my family. I started the car and rove of. I am meeting this person at Starbucks. I hope I don't see Shania there. I don't want her to find out just yet. I got to Starbucks; I walked in and I saw her sitting by the window, so I went over to her. She noticed me.
'Kellie, hey! Sorry to keep you waiting.' I say.
'Hey. No, actually, I am early. I didn't know you were coming early.' Kellie says.
'I guess I am early too. Actually, my sister wanted me to stay for her driving test but then she managed me saying I can go because she is going out with her friend.' I replied.
'Oh okay. Well it's okay, we can have that coffee or cold drink now.' Kellie says.
'Cool. I am gonna get a cold drink because it is really hot.' I said. Kellie nodded and we walked up to the counter and ordered. I bought a mango and passionfruit smoothie and Kellie bought a raspberry and blackcurrant smoothie. The barista said he will bring them over to us, so me and Kellie went to sit down.
'So, when do you think the University is gonna let me talk at the next assembly?' I asked.
'Well, I spoke to the principal and he said he wants you and your dad to speak at the assembly.' Kellie replied.
'Okay, I will tell him about it.' I said.
'Cool. Speaking of your dad, when do I get to meet him? And when can I meet your whole family?' Kellie asked.
'You know what, you can come over today and I will introduce you to my family.' I said.
'Yay! I can't wait. How old is your sister?' Kellie asks.
'Great, we will go after this. Shania is now 19 years old.' I replied.
'Ah, that's nice. So, what does Shania do?' Kellie asked.
'Well, Shania goes to uni and she is studying Fashion Design Management.' I replied.
'That's good. I can't wait to meet her or your family.' Kellie says.
'Can't wait for you to meet them either.' I said. We continued to talk and drink our smoothies. Whilst we were catching up, I saw Shania. She is with someone. They are sitting at a table, drinking the same smoothies me and Kellie are drinking. I don't know if she saw me and Kellie.
'Hey, is everything okay?' Kellie asks.
'Nothing. Shania is over there with someone who I have never seen before.' I replied.
'Oh, is that Shania's girlfriend?' Kellie says. I looked at her very disgusted.
'No way. Shania has a boyfriend and she is very straight.' I said.
