Yang really wanted to sleep but really wanted to hear what Blake had to say. Yang changed and quietly opened the door to leave, not trying to wake up Weiss or Ruby.
Blake was trying to find a place open that sells roses, but had little luck. Blake forgot about the time and when she she looked at the time she started to run back to beacon.

By the way the girl spoke it was obvious Weiss was looking for them.
They decided not to show themselves and risk getting a parental lecture about staying out late. Instead they waited till Weiss was clearly in the courtyard walking around. They took that as their cue to go back to their dorm room still careful to not alert or get spotted by Weiss. As soon as they got to their dorm they hurried to change and lay down to fall asleep.
