John's POV:
It had been two days, and I still hadn't talked to her. Once  when Maggie and Theo were doing a duet, Michelle came into the room  looking for something. I hid behind boxes. Luke told me after that that  was a dumb move but I couldn't stop myself.
I  spotted her walking home with Riley, she was laughing. She was so  beautiful when she laughed. Even when she's upset, she is still so  incredibly beautiful.

I  had gone to band practice as usual, but I didn't hang around. The one  day that James convinced me to stay for a juice, is the one day when  Michelle came into the juice bar. We were sitting at the back of the  room, I had demanded to, so she didn't spot us. I saw how her eyes  darted around, her expression worried before walking up to the bar. I  saw her lips move as she said something to the bar tender. James waved  his hand in front of my eyes and I looked at him, dazed. "Yes?" I asked.  "You didn't answer a single thing I asked you." He told me, grinning. I  smiled apologetically. "Sorry I was distracted." My eyes drifted back  to Michelle, James looked at where I was staring and he caught sight of  Michelle. "Mate, you should talk to her." He said seriously, I shrugged.  I knew he was right, but I was scared.
Riley  walked in then as well, and her eyes scanned the place just like  Michelle had done. But this time, she spotted us. She smiled at James  before telling Michelle something. Michelle nodded, she looked so  beautiful. Riley walked over to us. "Talk. To. Her." Riley said, before I  could shake my head she continued. "She misses you." She told me sadly,  I paused and looked over at Michelle again. She seemed calmer, while I  was freaking out. I nodded and started to walk over to her. I hear James  and Riley start to talk behind me. As I get closer to her, she spots  me. I see the panic in her eyes. She grabbed her juice and started to walk away slowly. But she didn't run, she was only walking. As we got out into the corridor I called her name. She stopped, then turned."I  - I don't hate you." I told her, she started to back away. I reached  forward to stop her, my hand brushed hers and I grabbed it. "Please  don't leave." I whispered. "Then what do you suppose I do?" Michelle  asked, she stared at our hands. "Listen." I tell her. She hesitated,  before nodding.

Michelle's POV:John  led me outside, to a bench. He still hadn't let go of my hand. I didn't  want to run, I wanted to sort this out with him. I wanted to be able to  talk to him. We sat down and he let go of my hand. "I know... I know  you think I hate you, but I don't. I didn't say anything because I  thought that, if I said something, I would ruin it." He told me. "You  ruined it by not saying anything." I told him sadly. He nodded. "I  know." He looked so sad. I shuffled closer. He looked at me. "If it  makes you feel better, I don't hate you either." I whispered. He smiled  slightly, before it crumpled. Tears formed in his eyes. "I don't want to  loose you, I lost her, and I don't want to loose you." He spoke softly.  I looked at him, shocked. I took his hands. I closed my eyes. "Did she  k-" I didn't want to finish the sentence. "Kill herself? Ye-yes." he  choked out. I didn't say anything, I couldn't. All I did was hold him. I  would hold him until he could smile again. "Thank you." He whispered.I  pulled away from the hug. "You can tell me anything you know." I told  him, he nodded and after a moment he smiled. Finally he smiled. A  perfect smile.I smiled back.
