Two centuries ago, humanity was in chaos. Terrorism and Extremism plagued eastern countries and world powers fought with one another in secret. Human development destroying the world we walk on faster than they could fix it. Criminal activity was high and diseases kill millions in small countries.
A hundred years later humanity had almost destroyed their home, until one day a group of people banded together and thought of a solution. They proposed that humanity should build floating cities called Sanctuaries, a paradise for humanity without war or disease, where one government system remains to protect the citizens of their new world.
After years of discussion, the world powers set the construction of the first of many Sanctuaries. Over a hundred years had past and with the final Sanctuary built, the time had come to launch all six Sanctuaries into the sky bringing humanity into a new era.
But some say some people didn't aboard the Sanctuaries and where left behind. Most say they died along with the surface. But in some circles it is said that humans still live in the ruins of the forgotten wasteland once known as Earth.
