Kellin's POV
I was hanging out with Austin and Matty when I see a familiar face drive by.
I blink my eyes and just forget about it for a while.
I look at Matty to see if he saw them too. He nods.
Well I don't know what this means but I'm pretty sure it's nothing.
When Austin takes us back to our dorm. I finally talk about it with Matty.
"Was that Vic and Mike?" I ask him.
"It looked like them. I just don't know if it was." He says.
"Fuck what am I gonna tell him." I say.
"He literally used to throw parties all the time. It's not like he's never done it." He explains.
"Weed Matty not fucking heroine!!" I say.
"I mean he doesn't seem like a heroine dude but you never know." He says.
I start to freak out and have an anxiety attack.
"Come on Kell calm down it's okay." He says rubbing my back.
"No, he's gonna leave me because of this." I say.
"He won't leave you. He had to go to rehab, maybe you can go." Matty says.
"Will you go with me?" I ask.
"Oh no I don't want to stop," He says.
"MATTY!!!" I say.
"Well it's so good man it feels like cloud nine and I get to fuck who ever I want when I'm on it." He says.
"If you don't go I won't go," I say crossing my arms over my chest.
"Well then we both won't go." He says.
I groan and lay on my bed.
Vic's POV
So after I set up some stuff in Mike and I's apartment I head out to the college campus. First I buy some flowers. I head to the campus and wait for Kellin by his dorm.
Soon he's walking down the hall with Matty and 2 other dudes I don't know. They all seem hyper. I stand up and walk up to Kellin.
"Boo." I say and he looks at me wide eyed. Then he looks at Matty and to the other guys.
"Vic what are you doing here?" He asks.
"You weren't gonna come home for break and I wanted to see you so I came up." I explain.
"You couldn't have told me?" He asks.
"I wanted to surprise you." I say with a smile.
He sighs and takes the flowers.
"Matty can you like hang out with Austin and Beau for a while?" He asks Matty.
Matty nods. I say bye to Matty and he nods.
"Come in Vic." He says. I walk into his dorm and see it's a mess.
"I just missed you Kells." I say.
"It would have been nice to know my boyfriend was coming so I didn't have to be shocked he was sitting outside my dorm for who knows how long." He says.
"It was only about 15 minutes not long." I say with a small chuckle.
Kellin doesn't look amused.
"Vic do you not trust me?" He asks.
"Of course I do it's just I missed you and you didn't want to come home." I say.
"Maybe I didn't want to see you for fall break and wanted to hang out with my friends." He says spitefully.
"Oh." I say with tears in my eyes.
"Well why don't you go home and I'm sorry you spent money to come up here." He says.
"I can't go home. Mike and I are here for the rest of the year until summer vacation." I say
"WHY!?!?" He screams. I flinch.
"M-Mike has a daughter u-up here she has cancer. We're spending t-time with her." I say looking at the ground.
"Oh, I'm sorry Vic. I really am." He sits down by me and I scoot away from him.
"I'm gonna go. I don't want to be a bother anymore." I say and head towards the door.
"Vic." He says. I stop in my steps and look at him.
"What, Kellin." I say and look at him.
He stands up and kisses me. I don't kiss back.
"I love you." He says.
I look at him and whisper "love you too," and open the door and leave.
Why was he acting like this.
I thought about all the possibilities until I got back to the apartment.
I saw a note from Mike saying he already went to Alysha's house.
I lay on my mattress and let the tears come.
Kellin's POV
I tell Matty to come back and he comes back high.
"Matty why!? I am not doing anything with you and we have a morning class tomorrow morning." I say.
"It's okay it's okay." He says.
He lays down and starts to drift to sleep.
I just sit up and think about what I'm going to do about Vic being here.
Word count - 806
Sorry it's short I didn't have many notes on what to put in this chapter. It was just a setting chapter. I was trying to set the problem of the story that starts everything. This story is gonna be heavily based on the drugs and it's gonna have a lot of drama in it.
