Chapter 2 Beach Day

"Hurry up I want to leave soon!" Ryker was always rushing me. He picked out my outfit which was a flouncy black shirt and a red plaid skirt with black knee highs and heart garters. Usually he was the one to pick out my outfits but sometimes he let me do it on my own. Underneath I had my Harley Quinn bathing suit. I was excited for today that was for sure. After I finished getting ready I put on some flip flops and headed out the door with Ryker and Sophia. We met Jackson and his trainee, Nicole, outside. Ethan and Harper and their trainees were already in his car. So the rest of us got in Ryker's car. Ethan followed behind us. We didn't get to go out off campus a whole lot so each time was exciting. We had a break today from classes and meetings. First we pulled up to a nearby diner. All of us were hungry and ready to start the day.

"Ryker, can I get a milkshake?" Sophia asked looking at him with her pleading eyes.

"Go ahead," He responded with a smile. This got everyone asking if they could have one too. Of course everyone was allowed. I then asked if I could. Ryker was hesitant, "I guess." I knew it was because of the amount of candy I had ate the day before without asking. At least he was letting me! I got a chocolate milkshake to go along with my chicken strips. The food was pretty good but everyone was excited to leave to go to the beach! After driving for a little bit longer we reached the beach. Me And Sophia jumped out of the car quick before he could put it in park. She waited outside the car but I took of dashing through the parking lot. I heard them yelling my name behind me.

I turned around cupped my hands around my mouth and yelled, "see you later suckers!" Flipping them off then turning back around to run off again. A car had to swerve out of the way to not hit me. Needless to say it scared the shit out of me so I started walking again. Dashing footsteps were heard coming my way. When I was safely on the sidewalk out of the parking lot I looked and seen Luke running up to me.

"Emma are you crazy! You could've been hit!" Finally reaching me. Sweat was starting to form on his forehead but he wasn't out of breath or tired.

"Hey you just ran too!" I stuck my tongue out at him. He playfully punched my arm. We waited there until everyone else caught.

"Excited today aren't we Em?" Ryker chuckled a bit. "Please don't run off like that again though, it can be dangerous." He was in such a good mood today. We made our way down to the beach and all we all helped set up our towels and blankets and everything else. After we could leave I tossed my clothes in the sand and ran for the water in my swim suit. Although I was feeling a bit shy being exposed more to Luke. Everyone joined me in the nice water except Ryker and Jackson. Ben splashed some water at me so me and Luke tag teamed him dunking him in the water. Of course we were just having fun. Harper kept yelling at Ryker to get in the water. She started calling him names which was funny to me. She was such a let loose dominant. Ryker and Jackson eventually joined us in the water.

I was swimming around having fun. My tummy started to rumble and I knew exactly what I wanted. I whispered to Luke to keep everyone distracted. When they were too busy to pay attention I got out of the water and up to our spot. I took some money out of Ryker's wallet. Quickly I walked up the beach and followed the boardwalk trail they had. After a few minutes of walking I found the concession building. Walking into the building in my swimsuit made feel a bit exposed even though others were dressed the same way.

I bought myself a large swirl ice cream cone. After that I made my way back to the beach. With my ice cream in my hand eating it as I walked. When I got to the beach I noticed everyone was out of the water and now they were standing around our spot. They were all saying things but I wasn't close enough to hear. Ryker turned over and seen me. He pointed to the ground right in front of him. Oh shit he was not happy. I walked as fast as I could with my ice cream over to him.
