(Y/N) was quite a nosey and curious one. She would always get herself lost in the woods, wander into abandoned buildings, and places she shouldn't be exploring. Her mother scolded her every time, but her father would just lecture her that

"If you get caught or killed, It will be your own fault. "

Nonetheless, she continued to aimlessly wander into places that could get her into some serious trouble. She always enjoyed a good adventure. It was a way to fill an empty void in her heart. (Y/N)'s parents didn't like to travel a lot, so she was stuck at home doing nothing of interest. Sure, she has several books she could read, and she did have a lovely piano to play with, along with a lovely rose garden in her backyard. But alas it wasn't the same, and she still felt empty.

Exploring gave her a sense of nostalgia and thrill. She could travel the world if she could, but her parents don't feel comfortable with foreign places. Thus, she would just look at textbook photos of many iconic places like The Eiffel Tower, The Taj Mahal, The Statue Of Liberty, and Big Ben. All she could do was imagine being there. One day she will finally be able to fill that void in her heart.

It was Monday, and (Y/N) (L/N) was awoken by her mother opening the curtains from her bedroom window to let the sunlight in, just to inform her that it was time for her to get up and ready for the first day of school. (Y/N) groaned as she sat up, for she wasn't fond of school. Thankfully, she was a Senior, so this will be her last year of high school. She got dressed in her school uniform and grabbed her backpack full of school supplies. On her way to the front door, she walked by the kitchen to grab her lunch.

"Aren't you gonna eat your breakfast? I worked hard on it." Her mother informed her. It was your favorite type of pancakes/waffles. Warm maple syrup decorated the delicious breakfast meal. Not wanting to waste such a perfect breakfast, she sat down at the table and devoured her pancakes/waffles. (Y/N) didn't make eye contact with anyone at the table, nor did she say a word to them. Everyone was quiet. Not a word was spoken while they ate.

Eventually, she had finished her breakfast meal and quickly cleaned herself up from the sticky maple syrup that was left around her mouth. After that and headed out the door and walked to school.

"Bye! I hope you have fun on your first day!" Her mother chimed cheerfully. However, (Y/N) didn't say anything. Not a word as she left.

The warm fresh air hit her as (Y/N) walked out of her house. It was a nice windy day, and upon looking up at the sky with the rising sun, there were clouds that were heading their way towards where she lived.

"I think it might rain today." She muttered to herself as she observed the clouds. The clouds were a dark grey, and judging by the winds, it was heading its way towards her current area. The girl let out a sigh as she began walking down the sidewalk as she made her way towards her schoolhouse. It was a rather long distance, but she kept walking while looking at her surroundings. Shops and bakeries were starting to open, a few vehicles drove by, birds were singing. The morning seemed rather peaceful.

While walking, (Y/N) soon discovered that the normal route was blocked off due to construction. She huffed as she had no other choice but to find another route, and hope she wouldn't be late because of it. Quickly turning to her left, she went in a new direction to her school.

She began to walk towards an unknown location that she has never been. This obviously made her a little scared, but she reminded herself that "Trying new things is usually always scary at first."  She took in a deep breath and continued walking, looking at her new surroundings, studying them. She might have to take the route again tomorrow since the construction will still be here.

As she was walking, she stumbled upon an old, boarded-up building. It appeared to be an animation studio as the giant letters read "Joey Drew's Animation Studio". It looked pretty small, and (Y/N) was curious as to what could be inside. Should she dare? She does have to get to school at a certain time. However...

"Maybe just a quick tour wouldn't hurt?" She asked herself as she walked up to the boarded-up door. Surprisingly, they didn't look so sturdy on there. So she pulled them off pretty easily. Then, she opened the door.
