"SAGITTARIUS!" a voice boomed so loud, that it echoed throughout the castle. She flinched.
The servants stop and stare at the mermaid who just came home. Sighing, Sagittarius swam to where her father was, which was in the throne room. She just knew that he was
"Yes, father?" she asked innocently once she reached him.
Jupiter glared down at her. "Where were you? You've been gone for weeks!"
Sagittarius paused, trying to think of an excuse. A few seconds later she said, "I was visiting Pisces?" She cursed inside her head for being a bad liar. Sagittarius only lied to get her out of trouble with her dad.
If looks could kill, Sagittarius would've been dead.
"Lies!" Jupiter hissed. "Pisces visited me a week after you left, asking me where you were."
Sagittarius gulped.
"Where did you go?" he asked again. It was more of a demand than a question though.
"I went to the Pacific Ocean," she sighs, looking away.
"YOU WHAT?!" Jupiter yelled. The wandering fish inside the castle swam away with the servants. Sagittarius and her father were the only ones left in the throne room.
"I already said it once, did you not hear?" she joked, trying to make light of the situation.
Jupiter put his face in his hands and sighed deeply. He didn't say anything for a while. Sagittarius was getting fidgety from staying still for too long.
"Sagittarius, do you know how dangerous it is to go to the land of our enemies?!" Jupiter muttered with his voice raising a little on the each word. He looked to his daughter to see her nod with a absent look on her face. "You're a daughter of the Fortuna family. Others are going to harm you if you set foot in to territory that isn't yours."
"I know, father," Sagittarius mumbled. "Can I leave now?"
"Go to your room and stay there until further notice. If a guard catches you outside your room, I'll be putting you on watch for a week."
"But-"
"No buts!" Jupiter interrupted. "Just go to your room."
Sagittarius rolled her eyes, but she listened to her father anyway. She swam to her room (that she abandoned for three weeks).
The mermaid closed the door behind her and sighed loudly. She sits down on her bed before deciding to swish tail around. Sagittarius never understood why the kingdoms were fighting. There was simply no reason to.
So many lives have been lost, but for what?

Sagittarius woke up with a start. She had heard someone whispering her name. The mermaid got out of her bed and started to look around. She swam to her door, but she heard shuffling when she got there.
"Hi." Sagittarius jumped and ended smacking whoever startled her in the face. She turned around to see Libra holding his nose.
"Ahhh, I'm so sorry!" Sagittarius apologized. "Are you okay?"
Libra nods. "You didn't hit hard anyway."
