It's hard to meet your eyes
When everyone is looking our way,
You're so much taller than me,
And I'm so nervous I could faint.

How can I talk to you for hours on end,
No filter,
But in person it feels like my head is swimming,
Drowning me,
And it's hard not to give in?

To kiss you,
To hold you,
To tell you I love you.

I know you will stay,
But what will you say
When I tell you how I really feel?

I'm scared.
