Authors Note:

This is a very mediocre chapter and I'm sorry for that hehe- But before you read this (and I hope you'll still enjoy it), I'd want  you all to know that I've rewritten the previous chapter, "Back Home". Mostly everything in the chapter was changed and I suggest you read it first, because you might be missing some major plots for the future. That is all~ Thank you for continuing to read! :)

Dahyun POV

"Jimin??"

"Eomma, I'm home!" Jimin laughs as he stands in front of my mom.

My mom puts her hands over her mouth. Tears started to drip down her cheeks, as she stood in disbelief. She quickly runs to Jimin and hugs him. She fit into Jimin's arms quite easily since she's so small. Maybe that's where Jimin gets his height. I don't know- just a random thought.

"Why are you here??" She asks, in between breaths.

Jimin laughs some more, "Why not?"

My mom stepped back, "No but really- how are you all here? In my office? My boss might get mad at me if they see all of you."

"Don't worry about that, Eomma. He said that he's giving you the night off," I say.

My mom works at a call center, and was given the night shift. Since her office is far from our place, she decided to stay with her sister, who lives near the area, so that she doesn't have to travel everyday to get to work from our house. Plus, it saves a lot of money, according to her. I miss her a lot though. Her boss also is pretty strict. We're lucky we convinced him to give her the night out. This morning, Jungkook and I visited her office to talk to her boss. He was in a grumpy mood, as always, but to our brilliant convincing skills, he gave our mom permission for one night. Pretty sweet, huh?

"Are you sure he said so?" She asks us.

"Yes, I'm sureee."

Her face lit up, "Then let's get the hell out of here."

Us siblings laughed and followed her out the building. The cold winter wind breathed down our faces as we walked down the sidewalk. Jimin and Jungkook filled the air with their laughter, while i held my mom's hand. I looked at her and watched her smile. It must be hard to let go of your kid's hand so that he can live somewhere else. I admire my mom's strength, really. She deserves a lot.

I look back at the boys when they beckoned to our mom's favorite Korean BBQ place, and as tradition, we all sat down and got some drinks. Well, by we, I mean mom and Jimin did. Yep, Jungkook-oppa and I are too young to be drinking alcohol. Lame, I know. While eating, Jimin told us more about his new roommates and that they're recording for their debut.

"That's amazing!" My mom exclaims.

"It is, but I tend to miss you guys a lot," Jimin says chuckling.

The table went silent for a while, till Jungkook slurped his soup. Jimin chuckled a bit while looking at him.

"How 'bout you Jungkook," Jimin says, "what's your plan?"

Jungkook laughs, as he wipes his mouth from excess soup, "my plan?"

"Yeahh. Like what do you want to do after studying?"

"Hmmm, I never really thought about that. Maybe become a professional badminton player."

Jungkook is quite obsessed with badminton at the moment. It's like the only thing he puts heart into, except for caring for his family.
