I was born a princess,
trained to be prim and proper;
A damsel in distress,
waiting for a prince, an admirer.
But as time goes by,
I learned I'm not meant to be one;
I wanted to be free, to fly,
not locked up in a tower, waiting for a man.
So I tore my lovely dress,
and picked up an armor;
And the girl who was once a princess,
was born and lived as a warrior.
