chapter 3: dot

Wakko awoke to cries from downstairs. He ran into yakkos room. Yakko wake up. Something is happening downstairs. What wakko whats going on? Something is happening downstairs yakko come on! Yakko slowly went downstairs followed by wakko. When yakko heard the cries it sounded like there was a baby in the house, but thats impossible. Mom is not due for another month. However, when the brothers reached the living room, they were met with their mom sitting on the couch with slakko. Mom whats going on? Yakko asked with pure confusion. Slakko and mary didnt even notice them until yakko spoke. Oh yakko i didnt notice you and wakko were standing there. Well your father took me to the hospital this morning and i had the baby. Yakko peered over her shoulder to see an infant wrapped in a blanket and it was now peacefully sleeping. Her name is dot. Dot huh. Wakko creeping closer and closer to see the baby, accidentally tripped and landed on the ground with a loud thud. This woke the baby. And dot started screaming. Look what you did you little bastard mary screamed. You woke the baby up. Go to your rooms both of ya. So in a hasty retreat yakko and wakko ran upstairs and shut their doors. About an hour later mary came upstairs to apologize to wakko. Im sorry honey, im just on edge lately. I didnt mean it. Im just stressed out. Its ok mom. I know you didnt mean it. Since mary had dot with her she asked wakko if he wanted to hold her. He said yes. She taught him how to hold her just right. And if you really want to know everything there is to about raising a baby, then you come see me tomorrow and i will teach you. Ok mom. She kissed him goodnight and left. Seconds later yakko came in to check on wakko. So wak how are you holding up? Im fine yakko she apologized to me. Thats good wak. He hugged his little brother. Hey wakko how long have you been in that diaper? Uhhh ever since i went to bed. (Which was 5 hours ago) hmmm just like dot im guessing you need a change. Yakko said still smelling the air. So yakko change wakko and they both went back to bed.
