I carry deadlox into his room, and lay him down.
"so..."
he stays silent.
"can you tell me whats been going on?"
deadlox's eyes widen.
"hey."
that wasn't me. that wasn't deadlox. who was it then?
I turn around to see a random person right behind me.
they had a blue hoodie so I could make out the face, jeans that were such a dark blue they looked almost black, and red converses.
"I need to speak to you." they said. im not sure who they were talking to, and they said it calmly as if it was ok to break into someones room and demand to have a talk.
"uhm, who exactly are you?!"
they take off their hood to reveal a boy with messy long hair and headphone like deadlox's but had dimonds where the green part should be. his head turns to glance at deadlox for a second, and I realize its short in the back. but the way he looked at me was terrifying. like I could be a meal if he wanted. he grins and my confidence starts to be burn to the ground. "such a fool. no one can defy me."
okay, im a bit startled now.
"scared much?"
"n-no..."
then he cackles, full of insanity.
"hes a brave one isnt he?" he asks, and again im not sure if he was talking to me or deadlox.
"w-who are y-you?" he manages.
the boy ponders this for a minute hen replies "it depends. i could be very helpful, but that could change very quickly."
we sit in awkward silence for about five minutes, then he obviously decides to say something.
"oh, and the names mikey."
