Sasuke p.o.v.
It had been a few weeks since all that happened and since then Kaira hasn't spoken and has been distant. Even during our training she was silent unless Orochimaru talked to her. It wasn't like she had a choice I mean if she didn't listen to him he would either send her to the lab with Kabuto,put her through harsh training,or even hit her. I never did know what he did to her in the lab but I do know it changed the way she was. It was starting to break her. I got curious about what happened but I knew I could never go down there without the permission of Orochimaru. Later that day he summoned me and asked me to go get Kabuto from the lab. Thus was my chance to see what happened down there. As I'm walking down the steps into the lab I hear screaming of agony and pain. I crack open the door and see what's happening. I see her tied to a chair and wires hooked to her and every few minutes volts of electricity would shoot through her when Kabuto didn't get the answers he wanted. I kept watching to see if anything else happened. He turned off the machine and walked to her then put his hand on her cheek "you know if I don't get my answers than lord Orochimaru will just keep sending you down here with me." I looked at her and he started moving his hand lower slowly but before he could I stop him. "Kabuto! Orochimaru has summoned you" I glare at him and he turns around and looks at me with a smile on his face. "Oh hey Sasuke I was just running a few tests like Orochimaru asked" I look at her and she seems tired and worn out form all he's done. "I'm pretty sure what I just saw was not what he wanted." I glare at him more and wait for him to leave before I go to untie her but before he goes he turns around. "Why would he care about her? She isn't even his real daughter. He just took pity on an orphan who was so desperate for a family that she would do anything" he smirked and walked away while I finished untying her and disconnecting the wires from her. "What did he mean by that? You're not his?" I looked at her and wondered who she really is and who was she before. "Sasuke why did you help me? I was fine I could have done it on my own.." She avoids eye contact with me and keeps her head down"you call what he did fine?? Tell me did he always try and touch you like that" I don't know why that made me mad. I mean she was the enemy right? Or maybe she was the opposite. Maybe I could trust her. "Why do you care what happens to me.." She looks at me with dull eyes. "I just do ok. And I don't want him touching you again. So I'm going to talk to Orochimaru" she grab the sleeve of my shirt "Sasuke please don't I can do this on my own...its ok I can take it. I dont want you to get in trouble. Sasuke i-..." I dont know what came over me but it was the only thing I could think of to shut her up was....a kiss. I had grabbed her by both her wrists and pulled her into a kiss which didn't last long as I broke the short kiss. "I told you I can handle this now let's get you back to your room" I pick her up and carry her to her room. She was too tired to argue with me so she just laid in my arms and rest until I get into her room and lay her on her bed. I pull the blanket over her and she soon falls asleep. I smile at her until I hear an oh so familiar voice. "I see she was too tired to train today" the wicked snake smirked and walked over to the other side of her bed. "What are you doing in here?" I glare at him. "Kabuto informed me that you took her back to her room. I just came to check on her." I look down at her peaceful sleeping form. "Such a beautiful weapon. Such a shame she holds back her true potential." I clench my fist and look back at him. "I think you should go rest Sasuke. You have your first mission together tomorrow" he walks out of the room and I leave to go o my room then go to bed and dream of tomorrow.

It was early in the morning and Orochimaru gave us a mission for today so we left the hideout to go retrieve a scroll from the hidden mist village. Like before she wasn't very talkative so I tried to talk to her she only said a few words. "Are you ok?" She didn't answer me and kept walking so I grabbed her wrist. "If we are gonna do this mission together then we need to talk ok" she jerks her hand away and doesn't make eye contact with me "I dont need to listen to you just because you're my best friend's brother ok Uchiha!" I realized what she said. So she does know my brother. "How do you know itachi!" I grab her wrist again. "Where is he!" She tries to break away"Sasuke I'm sorry" I pin her against a tree like last time and hold her arms against the tree"where is itachi! I have to find him" she is about to say something until a purple seal on her neck glows and she faints in my arms "wh-what happened?" I catch her "is she not allowed to tell me? Maybe she didn't choose this and itachi is using her.." I carry her to the nearest hotel to let her rest "I'll ask her about this when she wakes up" I get a room and lay her down on the bed and start to remember the kiss that happened yesterday.

Me:let go*tries to crawls away but he tackles me*mrow let me go!
Sasuke:shh be a nice kitty~*pets my head and touches my neko tail*
Me:*hisses*don't touch my tail*runs*
Sasuke: you'll come back either way. I'll be waiting my fluffy kitten*winks*
Me:stop being a weirdo! Its not normal
Sasuke: so that makes me special?
Me:yes mentally special
